I have taken over 125 cruises and most of them have been booked through CruCon/the vacation group... I'm a big fan of the extra on board credit they offer! Today Bill went above and beyond for a young lady that referred to him A few months ago, she booked a cruise directly with Royal Caribbean. She is a lovely young trauma nurse that booked a cruise on RCL for her honeymoon out of Rome in October. She somehow missed her final payment on that Cruise and when she realized it earlier today, she contacted Royal and they told her the cruise was sold out and there was nothing they could do for her. She was completely devastated! She already paid for her air fare to Rome and her cruise on the Odyssey was her dream honeymoon. She called me in desperation, wondering what to do. I immediately emailed Bill and he got right to work. He did verify with Royal that the Cruise was in fact sold out and he came up with two alternatives. He also said there's always a chance somebody may cancel and a cabin may open up. Despite today being a very busy day with a big sale going on... Bill continually checked for cancellations... Well, you might've guessed this... Bill was able to secure a cabin on the Odyssey for the newlyweds! If not for his diligence and great customer service the newlyweds would not have found a cabin on the sold out ship. Thank you Bill for all you do to make our cruise dreams come true”
