I called CruCon to get prices on a transatlantic sailing for November 2026. As a Canadian with a weak dollar now, prices for travel have risen exponentially. I was transferred to Rodrigo Pais who offered me similar rates as other companies but a huge OBC which brought the total price down substantially. He put a cabin on a courtesy hold for me for a day so I could think about it and not rush into anything. During this time I was in contact with him a few times with various questions. He was able to quote me in Canadian Dollars which meant that the price was locked in regardless of whether our dollar dropped more by the time the final payment comes due in July 2026. I also saved on exchange rate fees for the deposit as I was billed in Canadian dollars. I can only say my experience to date has been excellent
