Such a nice guy!!
Rodrigo has every reason in the world to hate me. If he does, he has never given me any indication. We are a lot and Rodrigo just rolls with it. He is a very dedicated, polite guy and we love him!

A Fantastic trip!
We booked with Rodrigo and we needed to make a change to a name on our reservation, I emailed him and he responded right away and made the correction. I recommended my Linda as well and he helped her with her reservation. Always replied to me whether by email or phone. Asked about when to receive our OBC and they were on our account right when we boarded the ship. I would definitely call Rodrigo Pais as an agent for future trips. Thank you

Upcoming Cruise
I would like to thank Rodrigo for his hard work in helping up plan our upcoming cruise. He was very hard working and diligent in being able to get us the cruise we wanted and the best possible price. He is a very personable young man and I enjoyed all my interactions with him. He truly epitomizes the essence of the term customer service. I will definitely be using his services again.

Great service from a first time customer
I called CruCon to get prices on a transatlantic sailing for November 2026. As a Canadian with a weak dollar now, prices for travel have risen exponentially. I was transferred to Rodrigo Pais who offered me similar rates as other companies but a huge OBC which brought the total price down substantially. He put a cabin on a courtesy hold for me for a day so I could think about it and not rush into anything. During this time I was in contact with him a few times with various questions. He was able to quote me in Canadian Dollars which meant that the price was locked in regardless of whether our dollar dropped more by the time the final payment comes due in July 2026. I also saved on exchange rate fees for the deposit as I was billed in Canadian dollars. I can only say my experience to date has been excellent

Wondering about someone else offering more perks
Rodrigo was very attentive while helping us through our booking. I asked him why an other company could also include gratuities. He followed up and explained the Price differences. I would recommend this agent to anyone.

Saved our cruise
My husband and I were scheduled to sail on the Utopia of the Seas on 9/16/24. Without any forewarning my husband became ill and was advised not to travel. I contacted Rodrigo as he was the one we had booked the cruise. He immediately informed what documents I needed to provide and asked alternate dates to travel. Within 24 hrs. Rodrigo had everything resolved. He contacted the cruise line and get us a rebook date that was good for us. He was excellent to work with and kept us in the loop the entire time. From now on we will only use him. He is a wonderful asset to his company. I tip my hat to Rodrigo!
