To Qualify for this Offer, the following requirements must be satisfied: Cruise must be booked during the "Offer Period" and must be a 4-night or longer cruise, on select sailings, excluding Celebrity Galapagos cruises. Other cruises may be excluded without notice as sale progresses. Applicable to both individual and group bookings made during offer period. Up to 25% Off: Extra 5% discount on cabins and extra 10% discount on suites applies to new bookings made from 1 September 2026 to 9 November 2026 for selected HX departures from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2028. Bookings made outside of the Offer Period will not qualify. Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Single supplements may apply and applies to all offer occupancies.

The following pricing and promotions are excluded from and cannot be combined: Price Promise, Group Pricing and exclusive Travel Agent brand promotions, special pricing or loyalty schemes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, bookings made under this Offer may qualify for the HX Black Friday 2026 Price Promise, under which HX will refund the difference if the same booking becomes available at a lower price during the HX Black Friday 2026 Event. Guests must request the applicable price adjustment through their travel agent during the HX Black Friday 2026 Event.
Offers with a saving, discount or amount off stated in USD represents a discount applied to the “From” price quoted in USD per person based on double occupancy of cabin on the specified sailing or Tour Code. Northern Lights Promise: This offer applies to all new bookings of “Ultimate Norway – Arctic Expedition under the Northern Lights” (SBNOR2519, SBNOR2619, SPNOR01, SBNOR2620, SPNOR03, SPNOR04). A Northern Lights occurrence is defined as a sighting from the ship that is recorded by the ship’s deck officers and that is announced generally to passengers on board. An occurrence can last anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, and the ship’s decision as to whether the northern lights have occurred is final.
We announce occurrences of the Northern Lights on board the ship and you have the option of announcements direct to your cabin or suite. We hope that you will experience seeing the Northern Lights whilst on your “Ultimate Norway – Arctic Expedition under the Northern Lights” voyage with us, but we cannot be held responsible if you do not due to the hour of an occurrence, missed embarkation, early disembarkation, being unwell or other personal circumstances.
Our promise to you is that in the event of there being no recorded Northern Lights occurrence as defined above, you will receive a free Future Cruise Credit (“FCC”) towards a new HX voyage worth the following amounts per cabin per booking:
[$1,300 USD] per adult up to a max of 2 adults; plus
[$650 USD] per ticket paying child sharing the cabin up to a max of 2 children.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time. Please check at the time of booking as to the current status of the offer. The offer must be claimed and booked within 28 days from your return date.
The offer does not apply to re-scheduled or canceled cruises and is not combinable with claims for or offers of compensation, refunds or price reductions. Bookings are non-transferable, non-changeable, and have no cash value.

Greenland Promise: The following Terms & Conditions apply to any Future Cruise Credit (“FCC”) issued under our HX Greenland Promise:
i. To redeem an FCC a booking change to a new HX voyage or new booking must be:
a. made within 90 calendar days of the date the FCC is issued by us; and
b. for voyages that depart within 18 calendar months of the date the FCC is issued by us.
ii. Any FCC not redeemed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions shall lapse without further notice to you.
iii. Only 1 FCC may be redeemed per person and an FCC may not be transferred to another person.
iv. An FCC may be combined with other applicable offers, discounts or vouchers issued by us at the time of the new booking.
v. An FCC has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, on-board credit, goods, services not included within the booking or other value. Any part of an FCC not fully redeemed or utilised shall lapse and the non-utilised balance shall not be exchanged for or refunded in cash, on-board credit, goods, services or other value.
vi. An FCC is not applicable to HX staff bookings, internal rates, Interline and Travel Agent rates.
vii. HX Booking Terms & Conditions apply to the changed booking or any new booking.
Any referenced onboard credit mentioned throughout the online booking process is factored into the above mentioned offer and is not in addition to the offer listed above.
