Family cruise

Wayne is awesome, I had so many questions, and needed 3 rooms for my kids and their families. He found a cruise I could afford for all of us even after me bugging him so much. When it came time to check in for our cruise , my daughter found out Royal had her birthday wrong. Well it was just about closing time at crucon, I called and emailed him right away, he called me back right away and , well he had her birthday correct, but Royal didn’t. He called them right then and got everything straightened out. We also had to change her name to her married name. So Wayne will find you the perfect cruise and answer any questions you have no matter how important or not even important, they are. He went above and beyond, he could have waited till they opened the next day, so happy he didn’t . I was getting anxious since our cruise is 23 days away.

Best pre/booking experience ever!

I am just beginning my journey of booking an Alaskan cruise for a group of six for 2025. Wayne has been patient :), knowledgable, helpful, and very responsive and as an added BONUS he has a great sense of humor (especially with my 5,000K questions). Wayne is AWESOME!

Terrific cruise agent

I've been working with Wayne for several years and he's always extremely courteous, helpful, professional, and very much on top of his clients--even when he's overwhelmed during a big sale. I've booked a number of cruises with him and rely on his advice to make my selections. Highly recommend Wayne.

Wayne is the BEST!

My most recent cruise vacation was to Japan but I currently have two others scheduled with Wayne. He is extremely responsive, professional and a joy. He goes the extra mile every time. I highly recommend him and will use him every time. Japan was amazing, on Celebrity Millennium. Loved the cruise and all the cities we visited in Japan as well as one port in South Korea. Thanks, Wayne!
