Excellent Travel Advisor!
Anne has been our travel advisor for many years. She has been so helpful in our planning of cruises whether for my husband and I, or our whole family, getting our best pricing, choosing our ship and/or cabins, quickly responding to our questions and looking out for cruises we wanted...example, we wanted to do an Azamara cruise along Africa's north coast, but at the time we discussed it with Anne it was fully booked. We were on a cruise and I was checking that cruise and a cabin was available, I tried to email Anne, but the ship's Internet was down. Anne had also been monitoring that cruise and she immediately put a hold on the cabin. When Internet was up, I contacted her, she replied she knew we really wanted that cruise so she held it. We were so grateful for her excellent service! That's just one example of her excellent service over the years.

Booked 2026 Holland America Cruise
We have been working with Anne Bedell for at least four years and we continue to be amazed by her organizational skills and ability to “listen and translate” your requests into a marvelous cruise experience. In the past, I have booked us, plus my three sisters on four different invoices (same cruise) and Anne never gets frustrated and calmly takes all the birthdays, addresses, full names—she is simply the agent you have always dreamed of. If you EVER need to book a cruise—look no further than Anne Bedell. She can answer any questions you may have about booking your cruise. You are safe in her CruCon hands!

What a travel expert
Anne has excellent customer service skills. I have been using CruCon for many years. I average two cruises a year. Anne is like my best friend when I talk about my next cruise. She finds the best offers . I absolutely recommend her to my friends as well as my customers from my retail job. I have always experienced the best deals from CruCon but having Anne as my agent is like the cherry on top!

If you want experience-use ANNE BEDELL
Anne is such an excellent listener and executor! It’s almost as if she can read your mind and know what you need for each cruise booked. We have been using Anne to book our cruises for many years and she has never let us down. Anne finds the best prices and quickly books with the cruise line. I have called her at the last minute and booked 4 rooms for family and she easily makes all the reservations without error. She is an amazing person and I highly recommend her to anyone needing trustworthy support in booking a cruise with CruCon.
