A Magical day at the Alhambra in Spain
If you were to ask me the #1 place to visit in Spain, I would have to say the Alhambra in Granada. When we went, we had a guide bring us there early, with pre purchased tickets. This is an important detail. We were surprised to see that the Alhambra is not just a palace, but a walled citadel with many palaces and gardens built over the span of many centuries, plus there is the adjacent Generalife gardens, which are also quite lovely. It is a fascinating place to visit, and I strongly recommend going with a guide so that you can understand the rich history. After touring up at the Alhambra, you can then head down the hill to the Albaycin district for a stroll, and then uphill to the Sacromonte District. In Sacromonte, you see where the Bohemians, Flemish artists and Gypsies built their homes into caves for hundreds of years. Then, if you time it just right, or your guide times it right, you can see a beautiful sunset over the Alhambra. As if that is not a fabulous enough way to end your day, you can then walk back down to the base of the Alhambra, where there are some outdoor cafes, and enjoy a glass of wine or bite to eat under the lights of the fully illuminated Alhambra. It is absolutely magical, and just the kind of day I love to plan for my clients.

Trip of a lifetime!

Above-and-beyond every step of the way
I have known Diane for over 30 years and she is one of the most elegant people I know. So, luxury travel is right up her alley. However, I put our friendship to the test and asked her to find me a "City Slickers" style cattle drive. And she did not disappoint! I am just back from my week on the range and am a better person for it. Not only did she ply her network to find the best outfitter, but she made the initial contacts and set me up with top-shelf travel insurance. 'Cause you never know what's going to happen out there. Upon my return, I thought I left my iPad in airport security and Diane committed to help me out (and I quote) "I will do whatever it takes to make it right for you on my end". Customized Greek Islands Vacation had it all
As we started to investigate our much anticipated trip to Greece, we realized how many different islands/locations there are to visit and all the logistics. Diane was able to provide expertise to us on the best islands, and historic and beach destinations that matched our interests. She was also knowledgeable with the best ground, air, and ferry options to easily get from one location to the next.She took care of all the details for us so we could just relax and enjoy our vacation. She also found us some special hotels where we were warmly welcomed. Her private guides were all excellent and catered the touring perfectly for our interests. We saw the true value of a customized trip that allowed us to see historic sites, guided walking tours, enjoy beach time, and a fantastic catamaran sunset dinner cruise. Next time we are going to try a few days on a private yacht and maybe even a villa with the family! The entire trip exceeded my expectations and we will use Diane's services again

Hawaii Group Birthday Celebration
I met Diane when I was working as a travel advisor. I knew she was top-notch then, but now, as a client, I truly know! We had a family trip to Hawaii for my husband's 60th birthday, and although I could have coordinated the whole thing, I didn't want to be responsible for everyone's itineraries because I wanted to enjoy MY vacation! Our travels far exceeded our expectations !
We chose to book our travels to Spain with Diane based upon her initial enthusiasm and willingness to customize a package of flights, tours, tennis tournament, and upgraded accomodations; all of this and at the same time working with my wife's mobility restrictions. This trip was a 2 year belated celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary and my promise to make it happen; despite the ever present COVID Pandemic threat. Diane worked her magic and put together a very memorable 9 day tour of the Barcelona area and the Island of Mallorca. The only time our itinerary was disrupted was on the Saturday of the Barcelona Open Tennis Tournament where we were treated to a Texas level hail and rain storm; no tornado though. The tour guides were always early, friendly, spoke English, and were very informative about their particular tour. <br/>Diane did a great job of delivering memories that we can share and treasure a long time.

Honeymoon planning made easy!
Diane Frisch made planning our honeymoon so much easier. She helped us sort through all the options for cruises and explained the differences between the cruise lines, and cabin types. She also helped to find us the best possible price and an extra credit for onboard spending! On top of that she booked a car to pick us up at the airport, a really nice hotel for the night before the cruise, and some excursions that the cruise line didn't offer. And when the cruise line ran a sale, she was able to bring down the price even lower for us. It was nice with all of the wedding things going on to not need to worry about this. Lovely Lake Como Experience
Wanting a special place on Lake Como to celebrate our 60th birthday with family we reached out to Diane, who came back with several properties for us to consider. We'd actually seen Villa Leoni on other rental platforms, but with different names, availability, and pricing. For peace of mind, we booked through Diane. Throughout the process, she was extremely responsive and thorough, even negotiating heating of our villa's pool. When we arrived and found the pool was not heated, we asked the concierge to turn it on. She said that would cost extra. I pointed to our contract & the heater was promptly turned on at no additional cost! The concierge said that contract language was highly unusual! The villa was just lovely, convenient to Lake Como attractions, with amazing views. Diane arranged a private chef for 2 nights and a 6-hour boat tour on Lake Como. Our guide/captain was charming and informative & that day was a definite highlight of our trip!<br/>

Thank you for planning our most effort-less and wonderful vacation ever! We loved how you took care of us from the moment we started planning until we came back home. Fantastic 24 Day European Adventure
This was the longest trip we had ever taken - 24 days in Europe starting in Amsterdam & ending in Rome. Having worked with Diane before, I knew she would help us get this planned. We started with a river cruise on Rhine with Tauck that started in Amsterdam & ended in Milan. We coupled this with Tauck tour that included Venice, Florence, & Rome. There was a time gap between the 2 tours that we filled with a visit to the Dolomites. Great river cruise on the Danube
I'm in a group of college friends that has stayed close for 40+ years, and Diane helped us book a trip together on Ama Waterways on the Danube. We started in Vilshofen Germany and finished in Budapest! Each day was a different exprerience in a different city or town and the trip was delightful. It was a wonderful way to see a lot of different places in the course of a week, with good tours in each location. From start to finish our transfers were seamless and reliable. The hotels were both beautiful with outstanding service (an upgrade to an apartment style room in Milan and the rooms in Venice just beautiful). Other than the canceled tour and the close quarters on the plane (I will need to rethink our seating next time but the price was right.!) Everything was perfect! I could definitely stay in Venice for longer but I will say I appreciated the different neighborhoods that we explored in Milan. And the food,everywhere, amazing.

Diane is quick to respond, so kind, and extremely knowledgeable! In January the US established a policy that required all international inbound passengers to show proof of a negative covid test to return to the states. While my husband and I are both vaccinated, we really did not want to deal with this during our honeymoon. We reached out to Diane who helped us find a great alternative honeymoon location within the US and she set us up with an amazing resort with only a short 2 month notice. She also made sure to add nice touches to our stay which made us feel so special and pampered. Our honeymoon would not have been nearly as perfect had we not used Dianes help.
