Traveling with a group is a fantastic experience, but there are challenges to organize it all. That is where I step in. I help my clients plan every detail of their trips so that things run seamlessly. Sometimes the groups are extended families reconnecting in wonderful destinations all over the globe. Sometimes the groups are friends or members of organizations or corporations. Planning trips of this sort is much easier with a professional helping you, and that is my goal. I help reduce the stress and also the risks, and also help to find added perks that are often available for groups. Both can be high in planning this sort of vacation! I handle the details, so that everyone can just relax and enjoy a vacation together.

I have great connections on rivers, oceans and land to help craft wonderful group experiences in Europe and beyond. My team can put together all of the pieces of your group vacation including touring, transfers, lodging and special events.

I have planned extended family and small group trips throughout Europe by land and by river, Mexico, the Caribbean, Hawaii, South African Safaris and beyond. There are so many moving parts to this sort of travel, and helping pull it all together is what I am here to do.

Wonderful Agent

We booked our European vacation, including a river cruise and an additional week in Germany, with Diane over 1 year ago. Who knew Covid would still be so prevalent in our lives. We are in the process of rebooking and she could not be more accommodating. Diane has been there every step of the way, keeping us informed and giving us options. She has been so patient and helpful with our questions, and concerns. Diane is amazing at what she does. She truly cares about her clients. Trip of a lifetime!

We contacted Diane earlier this year to begin our travel plans to Italy. Diane was not only super responsive and friendly but she was also very knowledgeable in the cities we were considering in Italy. She travels frequently to several destinations each year. I think this is a huge advantage when she makes recommendations on travel plans, excursions and hotels. We gave Diane tentative dates and cities and she was able to quickly put together several options. Everything was handled with exceptional attention to detail. Our vacation was absolutely perfect. Every hotel check-in, train ride, flight, car service, and excursion went perfectly! Her list of preferred vendors and hotels can not be beat. The best trip of our lives!

Diane planned our first trip to Spain and we couldn't have done it without her. She was detailed, quick, and answered every question I had. Above-and-beyond every step of the way

I have known Diane for over 30 years and she is one of the most elegant people I know. So, luxury travel is right up her alley. However, I put our friendship to the test and asked her to find me a "City Slickers" style cattle drive. And she did not disappoint! I am just back from my week on the range and am a better person for it. Not only did she ply her network to find the best outfitter, but she made the initial contacts and set me up with top-shelf travel insurance. 'Cause you never know what's going to happen out there. Upon my return, I thought I left my iPad in airport security and Diane committed to help me out (and I quote) "I will do whatever it takes to make it right for you on my end". She is truly the best of the best, don't think twice about contacting her.

Customized Greek Islands Vacation had it all

As we started to investigate our much anticipated trip to Greece, we realized how many different islands/locations there are to visit and all the logistics. Diane was able to provide expertise to us on the best islands, and historic and beach destinations that matched our interests. She was also knowledgeable with the best ground, air, and ferry options to easily get from one location to the next.She took care of all the details for us so we could just relax and enjoy our vacation. She also found us some special hotels where we were warmly welcomed. Her private guides were all excellent and catered the touring perfectly for our interests. We saw the true value of a customized trip that allowed us to see historic sites, guided walking tours, enjoy beach time, and a fantastic catamaran sunset dinner cruise. Next time we are going to try a few days on a private yacht and maybe even a villa with the family! The entire trip exceeded my expectations and we will use Diane's services again

I can without any hesitation completely and highly recommend Diane Frisch Destinations. We worked together over a full year planning the most wonderful France/Italy trip and then Covid-19 hit. She spent weeks un-planning my trip and making sure that I was properly refunded all the money I had paid. A wonderful time in Santa Fe

I knew I could trust Diane to plan a romantic and memorable trip to Santa Fe! Diane is a highly experienced traveler and trip planner. She selected a hotel with top notch services, delicious food, and in an excellent location for seeing all the sights. Santa Fe is famous for its art, and Diane knew exactly where to go to see it. Great Honeymoon

Thank you for helping us sort through all of the ins and outs of our honeymoon in Europe. There was so much to plan and you helped make it easier for us, and were there when things did not always work out... like when all the taxi drivers went on strike in Rome and we needed to get to the airport! You found a private driver at the last minute and it allowed us to relax and continue enjoying our honeymoon.

Hawaii Group Birthday Celebration

I met Diane when I was working as a travel advisor. I knew she was top-notch then, but now, as a client, I truly know! We had a family trip to Hawaii for my husband's 60th birthday, and although I could have coordinated the whole thing, I didn't want to be responsible for everyone's itineraries because I wanted to enjoy MY vacation! Best possible choice to have Diane coordinate. She is very communicative and was extremely patient as things changed due to COVID or if we had questions or changes. When everyone's inter-island flights were canceled, it was such a relief to make "one call to solve it all" and from the beach no less. Everyone thought I was the rock star for making that call! It was a fabulous trip for everyone and I would highly recommend using Diane for future travels.

Disney First-Timers!!

We were totally overwhelmed to attempt planning a Disney World vacation, especially since we wanted to go during Spring Break (high travel week) and it was only 4 months away. Diane tackled the challenge with grace and tenacity! She got us hotel reservations right away and dining placeholders which we continued to improve upon. She made recommendations for Fast Passes and had us ready to make the reservations at the appropriate time. Quite simply, she took the research and guesswork off my plate! Wonderful family trip to Turks

Diane planned a wonderful trip for us to The Shore Club on Long Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos. She was very knowledgeable about the options available to us in Turks and had first hand experience of the island and the resort. Diane made booking all of the arrangements extremely easy. She kept us abreast of any travel requirements. Her contacts with the concierge made booking restaurant reservations, excursions and spa appointments very easy. And we were greeted with a fresh fruit display and anniversary upon our arrival to our beautiful oceanfront suite. We loved our trip and would highly recommend Diane to anyone to travel anywhere!

Diane is great to work with

Diane Frisch is a wonderful travel advisor. She is quick to respond and give details and options when needed both during the planning phase and the trip itself. We threw many challenges her way and she never flinched. Always positive and able to work magic at times. She even resolved an expired travel insurance credit (purchased with another agent, now out of business) that was long forgotten during the year of the shut down. A Great Way to Experience Alaska

Still planning, but couldn't wait!

Diane is incredibly knowledgeable, and very flexible in accommodating what we want in a trip. We are planning on going to Ireland this summer, and she has been helping us deisgn the perfect trip. She is quick with responding to questions, and her prices are incredibly reasonable. She is upfront about any challenges we might have regarding travel during COVID, instead of waiting till the last minute for an unpleasant complication.. Amazing Trip to Europe

Our trip to Europe will be the most memorable one! It was a VIP Service from being picked up at the airport to the stays at the luxurious hotels ! Everything you arranged went according to the plan. We were so happy with the service and our experience. All information provided and updates of any changes were prompt. Reminders for everything were sent, which was much appreciated. Magical Winter River Cruise!

Our Italy Trip!

We had a great experience with Diane. We are not frequent travelers (although that may change!) so the thought of coordinating this trip was overwhelming, But, from planes to trains to water taxis to private cars Diane had us covered, all we had to do was show up! We also requested smaller boutique hotels in each city, which she delivered. Thanks Diane!

Our travels far exceeded our expectations !

We chose to book our travels to Spain with Diane based upon her initial enthusiasm and willingness to customize a package of flights, tours, tennis tournament, and upgraded accomodations; all of this and at the same time working with my wife's mobility restrictions. This trip was a 2 year belated celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary and my promise to make it happen; despite the ever present COVID Pandemic threat. Diane worked her magic and put together a very memorable 9 day tour of the Barcelona area and the Island of Mallorca. The only time our itinerary was disrupted was on the Saturday of the Barcelona Open Tennis Tournament where we were treated to a Texas level hail and rain storm; no tornado though. The tour guides were always early, friendly, spoke English, and were very informative about their particular tour. Diane did a great job of delivering memories that we can share and treasure a long time.

The best travel planner you can find!

Diane has been absolutely wonderful in helping my husband and me with a planned trip to Italy for our large family group. Diane is highly professional, up to the minute informed on all travel issues, and has traveled extensively and knows the ins and outs of so many destinations. She is extremely responsive and helpful with any and all questions that we have had. She helped us purchase travel insurance, suggested Villas for us to rent, and will, when we do eventually go, assist us with planning some extras. Honeymoon planning made easy!

Diane Frisch made planning our honeymoon so much easier. She helped us sort through all the options for cruises and explained the differences between the cruise lines, and cabin types. She also helped to find us the best possible price and an extra credit for onboard spending! On top of that she booked a car to pick us up at the airport, a really nice hotel for the night before the cruise, and some excursions that the cruise line didn't offer. And when the cruise line ran a sale, she was able to bring down the price even lower for us. It was nice with all of the wedding things going on to not need to worry about this. I definitely recommend working with Diane!

Above and Beyond Service!

I had looked for years to find a great travel agent. Diane Frisch came highly recommended to me, so I called her. From the beginning to the end of the planning process, Diane was impeccable! She paid attention to every single detail and walked us through avoiding the typical "travel mistakes" one can make when trying to book without a professional. After all the planning was in place, every last detail, Covid 19 started. Once we realized that travel would not be safe since I was with my in-laws, Diane went to work again! She worked diligently to attain a full refund for us, given our circumstances. Communicating constantly to reassure us she was doing everything humanly possible. Even though we never went on our planned trip, it speaks volumes to her professionalism and character the she went to such lengths to help us cancel one! Diane was invaluable!!! Luxury African Travel Done Right!

Diane’s expertise in setting up an African luxury safari is unparalleled. She worked with us and meticulously planned an itinerary that covered 2 safaris in South Africa and Botswana, visit to Victory Falls, sights in Cape Town and Johannesburg, and finished with wine tasting in the Cape Winelands. Flawless European Vacation

Hawaiian Honeymoon

The perfect Honeymoon!

Diane helped us plan the perfect honeymoon! The hotels she picked out for us were all amazing and in the perfect location! She also made sure all the hotels knew it was our honeymoon so we got great rooms and welcome gifts! All the activities she recommended were so much fun and made the trip so special. The Most Amazing Trip!

Lovely Lake Como Experience

Wanting a special place on Lake Como to celebrate our 60th birthday with family we reached out to Diane, who came back with several properties for us to consider. We'd actually seen Villa Leoni on other rental platforms, but with different names, availability, and pricing. For peace of mind, we booked through Diane. Throughout the process, she was extremely responsive and thorough, even negotiating heating of our villa's pool. When we arrived and found the pool was not heated, we asked the concierge to turn it on. She said that would cost extra. I pointed to our contract & the heater was promptly turned on at no additional cost! The concierge said that contract language was highly unusual! The villa was just lovely, convenient to Lake Como attractions, with amazing views. Diane arranged a private chef for 2 nights and a 6-hour boat tour on Lake Como. Our guide/captain was charming and informative & that day was a definite highlight of our trip!

Thanks for taking care of ALL of the details!

Thank you for planning our most effort-less and wonderful vacation ever! We loved how you took care of us from the moment we started planning until we came back home. You had your people there to greet us in the Airport and ease our way through Passport control and that was a fantastic way to start this vacation! Every bit of ground transportation was pre-arranged and that also made this trip seamless. The private guides were able to show us everything that we knew we wanted to see, but what is more, they got to know us and ended up showing us things we did not even realize existed and that we absolutely LOVED. The Best Honeymoon We Could Have Asked For!!!

Diane was so easy to work with! She listened to exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted plus some. Vacation planning is the stressful part of vacationing, but Diane made it stress-free.

Wonderful Few Days in Switzerland

My husband and I had 3 days in between a wedding and a river cruise in Europe in September and had no idea where to go/what to do. Diane arranged a wonderful trip for us to Lucerne, Switzerland - including travel, hotel, and fabulous day trips. Diane was great to work with, and we will definitely be working with her again for our next (and hopefully longer) trip!

Gorgeous, relaxing, and well-planned!

Diane does a fantastic job. She has planned numerous vacations, including a destination wedding for me, and I will use her every time! I couldn't recommend her enough!

The Trip of a Lifetime Thanks to Diane!

Diane planned, unplanned and re-planned this trip for us over a 2 year period due to Covid. To say she is excellent is an understatement. She worked just as hard to make sure we got all of our money back when we had to cancel due to Covid as she did booking the trip. We are two novice world travelers and we didn't even know what we wanted. Diane knows how to ask the right questions, offer the right suggestions and she helped us plan the trip of lifetime. She is very detail oriented which is a huge plus. She will plan the trip YOU want and you will be very happy. We highly recommend Diane to everyone we know!

Most Relaxing Trip of Our Lives!

Working with Diane was by the far the BEST decision my husband and I made! Diane genuinely cares about her clients. She made the planning process too easy to be true! She planned our honeymoon exactly as we hoped and within the budget we had. Planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic, while working full time was stressful to say the least. But planning our honeymoon with Diane was the smoothest, most stress-free event of it all. Diane had it all planned and packaged with a full itinerary sent to us, without us ever having to lift a finger. It was such a weight off our shoulders and let us genuinely enjoy our vacation. Not only that, but Diane kept on top of all paperwork, flight & transportation information, covid requirements across both countries (Mexico & USA) and was continuously in touch with us. She knows a ton about resorts/ hotels, diverse travel locations and activities. We highly recommended her expertise and kindness when planning your next vacation!!

You were there for us!

Diane, you were so helpful with our bookings. You took my texts at 8 a.m. when we woke up and decided we needed to get to the sun! You were so diligent booking, getting all the information for our stay, and getting information on cancelations, spa treatments and tee times. When we ran into an issue, you reached out, make calls and helped us immensely, and it resulted in us getting exactly what we wanted, and the one day of trouble was deducted from our bill. Thank you again. You dot every "i" and cross every "t" and were there for us, and we love you and recommend you.

Perfect family cruise to Alaska

Diane found us the perfect Alaska Cruise for our family. We had no idea there were so many choices. She explained clearly the differences between itineraries, cruise lines, and cabin selection, so that we found our perfect match for this spectacular vacation. She also advised us on excursions available through the cruise line, and even found us some through another great company. On top of guiding us through this whole process she also found us the best value out there, with a bonus onboard Credit to boot! She helped make this our best family vacation to date, and we can not wait to go on the African Safari that she is now planning for us!

The experience matters

Diane helped make navigating this international trip with minimal stress or worry. She was able to provide some additional trip benefits by virtue of her status with the cruise line that we were on. We will definitely use her again for additional adventures to make use of her experience and knowledge.
