From start to finish our transfers were seamless and reliable. The hotels were both beautiful with outstanding service (an upgrade to an apartment style room in Milan and the rooms in Venice just beautiful). Other than the canceled tour and the close quarters on the plane (I will need to rethink our seating next time but the price was right.!) Everything was perfect! I could definitely stay in Venice for longer but I will say I appreciated the different neighborhoods that we explored in Milan. And the food,everywhere, amazing.
