Belize Family Adventure!
Once we arrived in Belize City, we were met by our friendly driver who drove my family to our first resort outside San Ignacio. After a pleasant but bumpy ride, we were greeted with warmth and kindness - as well as refreshments, at our first hotel. As we took our first steps into the lush jungle of Belize, the air around us was thick with humidity. We saw towering trees that stretched their canopies high above us, and breathed in the rich scent of damp earth and blooming orchids. We listened to the exotic birds call out in song, while the rhythmic thumping of a howler monkey echoed in the distance, a deep, resonant sound that reverberated through your soul. After a restful sleep in our 2 bedroom cottage, we woke up, got ourselves down to the restaurant for breakfast, and a vast spread of yummy pastries, eggs, fruit, and other delicious treats, all while looking out to the toucans sitting in the nearby trees.
Day after day, we enjoyed thrilling adventures like swimming to the Actun Tunichil Muknal Cave, climbing the stairs at the Caracol Maya ruins, and floating down the river in the Nohoch Cave. Soon, we were ready for the next chapter of our stay - on to the beach!
After a short but scenic flight to Ambergris Caye, we left the airport where streets were filled with travellers and locals walking along shops and restaurants, and the hum of golf carts whizzed past us. Our next hotel was tucked away down a quiet side street surrounded by palm trees and vegetation. The beach was finally before us and the views were gorgeous! Our 2 bedroom suite had enough room for our family of 4 to spread out, kids in one room, parents in the other. We had a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio complete with a hammock, and two lounge chairs with the perfect view of the ocean in front of us. Over the next few days, we explored the town of San Pedro, driving in our golf cart to different restaurants each night. We sailed to Caye Caulker, snorkelled at the reef, and swam with nurse sharks. We also drove out to Secret Beach which was one of the highlights our stay.
The people of Belize were friendly, happy, and joyful. Always with smiles, suggestions and helpful advice. The scenery of this country ranges from looming dense jungle to stunning turquoise colours of the ocean. Spending 10 days is not enough to see what this country can offer. We will be returning for more adventures!

First Rate Family Experience
We recently returned from a multi-family vacation to Club Med in Ixtapa, Mexico. We would never have thought to try Club Med but we went with Jennifer's recommendation and are so glad that we did! Jennifer took care of the paperwork, the planning, provided information based on her own experiences at the resort, and answered every question in a timely fashion. Honestly, it was a easiest vacation we have ever taken--and that is mostly because Jennifer took care of the details. Awesome Spring Break Trip
We had never used a travel agent before but it was down to the wire to plan a spring break trip so we contacted Jennifer. Jennifer was great to work with. Quick to respond and helped us plan a last minute spring break trip to Las Vegas and Anaheim Disneyland. Also when we had flight delays she took care of notifying the car rental agency and hotel so we didn’t run into any issues once we finally arrived. Overall great experience and would definitely work with her again!

Amazing family holiday exploring Paris and Normand
We were reluctant at first to take on Europe with our children, but Jennifer put my concerns at ease and planned the best family vacation we have ever had. Jennifer listens and is patient throughout from the first draft itinerary until you arrive home. Being a mom herself, she knew exactly what we needed to make this trip amazing for all of us. A Great Family Vacation
The idea of planning and booking a Mediterranean cruise ourselves was daunting to the point we never would have taken this trip without help. Our First Cruise Ever and Jennifer Absolutely Nail
Our cruise was disembarking from Barcelona. After discussions with Jennifer we decided on a 4 day stay in Barcelona before disembarking on our cruise. Jennifer made recommendations for excursions and we picked what we thought we would like. The 4 days days in Barcelona were excellent; from the Hotel accommodations to the excursions everything went off without any upsets. The Cruise itself defies description. Simply put we were spoiled rotten. Basically it was like being on a Yacht with everyone at your beck and call. Great staff, insanely good food, and the personal touches made you feel like you were staying with family.
Our flights to and from Barcelona were well arranged and travel went off without a hitch.
Lots of moving parts for our travelling and they were all organized to perfection.

Truly memorable easy family trip to Costa Rica
Jennifer planned a truly spectacular family trip to Costa Rica. We enjoyed every minute of it. We had tons of rain every day (often evening/night) but it did not spoil any of our plans. <br/> Every transportation service was on time, friendly and safe. <br/>All of our excursions were well organized, fun and everything we could have ever wanted. We really liked Harvin from Ecoterra Costa Rica during our 4 in 1 with Ecotermales Hot Springs. It was obvious to everyone that he loves his job and his country. <br/>We had such a variety of excursions and really enjoyed our local cooking class and night tour with homestead dinner. <br/>nformative and a great way to start our trip.<br/><br/>The Arenal Manoa and Parador hotels were so beautiful and really made us feel like we were on vacation. I reached out to Jennifer Trofimuk at Planes, Trains & Kids Travel in 2019 to help with planning for my mom to live out a 45-year-long dream of touring select cities in Europe (Paris, Amsterdam, Florence and Rome) and going on a Royal Caribbean cruise embarking from Rome. This was my first time using a travel agent and the experience was so much more than I ever expected. Jennifer pinpointed the activities we wanted to experience and created an amazing itinerary for us. Covid-19 happened and we had to delay the trip three times. We decided last minute that we wanted a getaway for a special birthday milestone. Wonderful Trip to Disneyland
Jennifer helped us plan a family vacation to Disneyland over New Year's 2019. Along for the ride were my wife, myself, our 2 kids (6 and 10) and Grandma & Grandpa. Jennifer took care of all the details from airport transfers to shuttles to Disney package. Her recommendations were very good as she found us a suite close by that held all 6 of us with a kitchen and sitting room too. We just returned from a wonderful 10-day family vacation to Dreams Playa Mujeres. We travel to Mexico every year, and often book our own flights and accommodations, but will never book on our own again. What a difference it was having Jennifer take care of all the details for us! Thanks to her knowledge of the area, she recommended a hotel that was opening later in the year (and would be open for about 5 months prior to our trip). Great deal on a fun family holiday
We enjoyed working with Jennifer in planning our holiday with our two young daughters to Vancouver and Seattle. She was always responsive in a short time frame, and patiently stuck with us as we went through a whole range of iterations of the trip due to our various constraints and desires - changing destinations, timing, kind of hotels etc. She listened to all these changing requests and never pushed anything on us but gave us good options to consider at each stage. Family Dream Trip to Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa
I reached out to Jennifer after seeing her on a local FB page & reading great reviews from members of my surrounding communities. As this was a Special Family trip with our kids, I provided our criteria to her and she came through with numerous ideas. We worked together to find the location we would eventually decide on. As we booked many months in advance, I liked that I only had to put down a deposit with remaining due a month prior to travel. Once paid, she provided me receipts & E-tickets in a timely manner, along with forwarded me emails from the Airline to pre-order our food on board and followed up with me post trip! Disneyland made simple
Jennifer was very helpful in planning our first trip to Disneyland. I was overwhelmed by all the components of the trip initially & she basically told me not to worry, she would walk me through everything & she did. We wanted to keep our trip within a reasonable budget & Jennifer found us great options that fit with our needs. She was quick to respond to emails & get choices to us & when I asked if we could take another flight, she gave us new pricing & flight options right away. Long distance rescue!
We booked a trip to the Azores through a package provider. Jennifer found us a rental car (automatic - pretty tough to find in Europe) and several choices of excursions.
One of the excursions we had booked through Jennifer required us to confirm pick up with the tour provider the day before. Unfortunately, the number the tour company listed was no longer in service. The emergency number provided was an automated message system entirely in Portuguese!
I contacted Jennifer in Calgary right away, and she took care of the confirmation for us within the hour.

My family loves to travel and we have never used a travel agent before, always booking our vacations ourselves. We wanted a warm, winter get away and had trouble picking a destination. Jennifer was able narrow down our search, finding everything we wanted in Maui. Our resort was spectacular with a suite made for a family and our car was waiting for us upon arrival. Also, the cost was substantially lower than the best price we could have gotten ourselves online. That was a real eye opener for us. Jennifer is prompt, friendly and super efficient.
