Family-Friendly All-Inclusive Excellence
As parents of two under five, we weren’t sure an international trip was realistic. Miguel proved us wrong. He picked a resort in Jamaica that had toddler-friendly pools, a kids’ club with excellent staff, and family suites with enough space for everyone to nap in peace. Quick and Easy Disney Win
We only had four days to make a Disney trip happen, and Miguel and Ashley treated it like we were planning a two-week international tour. They locked in a room at the perfect location, secured hard-to-get dining, and even helped us plan a strategy for getting on Tron without the chaos. Cruising with Confidence
This was our third cruise booked with Travel by Trinidad, and I genuinely don’t know how Miguel keeps outdoing himself. From remembering our preferred cabin location to surprising us with an onboard credit and specialty dining reservations, he makes every trip feel elevated. Anniversary in Paradise
For our 10th anniversary, Miguel suggested a resort we’d never even heard of in Mexico—and it ended up being one of the best trips we’ve ever taken. We had a room with a private plunge pool, daily turndown treats, and a beachfront dinner under the stars, all arranged ahead of time. He even coordinated childcare for one night so we could do a spa evening. It felt custom-built just for us.

Perfect First Cruise Experience

Magical Multigenerational Disney Trip
We had three generations traveling to Disney World, and I cannot thank Miguel and Ashley enough. They understood each person’s needs—from stroller rentals and rider switch for the little ones to ECV access and hotel location for our parents. They even booked a surprise Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique experience that brought tears to our daughter’s eyes. What could’ve been overwhelming became magical, thanks to their expertise.

Stress-Free Group Getaway
Coordinating a group of couples for a tropical getaway is not easy, but Miguel pulled it off like a pro. Honeymoon to Remember

Disney Planning Made Easy
I thought planning a Disney trip would be fun... until I realized how many moving parts there are. Enter Ashley and Miguel. They built a full custom itinerary around our family’s schedule, helped us navigate Genie+ and dining reservations, and even knew which rides our youngest would actually enjoy. We had zero meltdowns and made it to every single character meal. I honestly don’t know how families do Disney without someone like this in their corner.

Unforgettable experiences!
This was our first European cruise and Miguel was so helpful every step of the way! He’s so responsive and always happy to answer any questions. For our recent trip, we spent a few days in Barcelona before boarding our Spain/Italy cruise.
