Alejandro is EXCELLENT!!!!!
Alejandro, is very professional. He is very prompt and returns my emails and phone calls right away. I have used him for a few cruise bookings as well, as recommended him to my friend who also used him for her bookings. I have dealt with many travel agents over my years and I have not come across anyone like Alejandro. He is a WONDERFUL asset to the Vacation Group. He takes time with his clients and answers all the questions and concerns you might have. I truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication Alejandro has shown me each and every time I have dealt with him for my cruises. Thank you very much for all your time!!! I look forward to booking with you again in the near future.

Easiest cruise to book ever
Alejandro worked with us to ensure our party was booked with rooms together even though it was separate bookings. He has been very responsive and answered our questions quickly and thoroughly.

Alejandro is the best!
Alejandro has been our TA for a couple of years now. He is excellent! He knows our preferences in cruising and always books our trips with those in mind. His customer service is exceptional! Anytime I reach out to him with a new cruise or a question on an already booked cruise, he returns my email or phone call either the same day or the next day. He takes the time to ensure our trip is always enjoyable, making me feel very special, like we are his only customers. I have recommended him to many of our friends. They have utilized his cruise experience, and all have been very satisfied. We are all very pleased with his knowledge and caring attitude. He really makes a difference!

A True Pro
I have booked multiple cruises through Alejandro over the past several years. He is the best; a dedicated professional. He has our best interest at heart and is always concerned about our satisfaction. Alejandro is responsive to my emails and is always patient despite my many questions. He always seems to be in a good mood. Quite simply, I enjoy working with Alejandro, and hope to continue booking cruises through him for years to come.

The best person to handel my Cruise Vacation needs
I have been working with Alejandro for a number of years. Although we have never met in person, I feel that he is a trusted advisor and an effective travel agent when it comes to my cruise needs. I have book numerous cruises with him, and made many changes to existing booking. He has handeled these quickly and error free. I have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family as my "go to" person for cruise reservations.

Alejandro is the best!
Alejandro is great to work with. He is very knowledgeable but if he does not know the answer to your question he will admit it and then get back to you very promptly with the answer. He is always so friendly and great to talk to even during the big sales when you know he is extremely busy. He never rushes to end your call. I am so thankful to have him to work with and do not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. I know they would be in great hands!

Very helpful!!
From our first interaction with Alejandro Castiglioni to present day, we have had nothing but an amazing experience in booking our vacations and any communication in between. He always finds us the best deals, and family and friends are jealous of the savings we have received for our cruises. I recommend him to anyone I speak with. He is professional, follows up in a timely fashion and has been a pleasure to deal with when booking our vacations. A gem we happened to stumble upon!!
