We were on a cruise and I was checking that cruise and a cabin was available, I tried to email Anne, but the ship's Internet was down. Anne had also been monitoring that cruise and she immediately put a hold on the cabin. When Internet was up, I contacted her, she replied she knew we really wanted that cruise so she held it.
