Bill Keeps us Coming Back!
Bill goes over the top to assist with any issue that arises and is prompt to reply with advice, solutions. He has been a great advisory to us as novice big ship cruisers and made our trips streamlined and memorable. He’s been helpful with trip insurance and rebooking when we had to postpone a cruise due to a family death. He informs us of upcoming trips that are super deals and knows details of each cruise he promotes. Love working with him as our agent.

Always book with Bill!
Bill is a star. He’s quick to respond and helpful, always. He’s jumped through hoops for me (and my mom) and has held my hand when things didn’t go as planned (ie my best friend and travel companion backed out last minute once the cruise was no longer fully refundable. Bill is my hero.

After many Cruises, such amazing service & val
Bill has been nothing but exceptional helping us book over 40 cruises in the last 10+ years. He is helpful, before and after the sale. He is mindful of our likes and needs and somehow always remembers. He goes out of his way to meet our expectations and always exceeds them. Working with Bill makes travel planning fun, and I trust we always get the most for our money!
