Never want to book through anyone else
We have booked over 40 cruises through Sarah at CruCon. I can't imagine anyone handling our travel better. She is superb - responsive, personable and thorough. I have referred many friends to Sarah and they report the same great service.

Above and Beyond!
Sarah is an absolute dream to work with! She was able to get us a better price then what we found on our Caribbean cruise when we initially booked and then worked hard to get us an even better price during the Memorial Day sale! She really goes the extra mile and clearly lays out all your options whether it may be a price reduction/refund, cabin upgrade or additional OBC. Highly recommend you book with Sarah for the best price and service!

four weeks in a row
we've worked with sarah for years. nice to see a picture of her, by the way. she's always worked hard for us. this past year we were able to arrange three back to backs, same ship, same room on celebrity equinox. just love working with her as she always pretty prompt in responding to my emails and my seemingly zillions of questions! in spite of the fact a july cruise was questionable for us, she hung in there providing all the info i needed. turns out the cruise will not work because of my hubby's hip issue. in a few weeks will be working with her trying to find back to back february cruises that suit our dates. i always recommend cru con and sarah to friends.

500+ Cruising Days
We have used Sarah Parent at CruCon to book all of our cruises over the past 10 years. From 7 day cruises to 39 day cruises she has provided us with the best rates and most onboard perks to make each cruise even more special. She is personable, knowledgeable, courteous and always very helpful. We won’t book another cruise without Sarah. She is terrific!

Highly recommend Sarah
Sarah has booked several cruises for me over the last few years and has always been very professional and timely on returning any emails or calls. She makes sure the little details are all confirmed and any time I request a cabin number change; she makes it happen. I used to book my own cruises but couldn't pass up on the Travel Agency perks offers, so I switched to a TA. I had to use another TA one time when Sarah was out on vacation, and they couldn't compare to Sarah's level of service.

Personable, Efficient, Knowledgable, Quick to resp
We have been working with Sarah for 4 years taking 3-4 cruises a year. Until we connected with Sarah we did not have a true agent, just random people who would get back to us "someday" maybe. Sarah will communicate ASAP either by email or phone. She has taken care of issues even while we were on ship. We always feel that she is working hard on our behalf whether it be booking a new cruise, answering questions, or resolving problems. Sarah is the reason we continue to use CruCon. Thank you Sarah.

Above & Beyond to solve an accounting mystery
We have booked with Sarah numerous times over many years and consistently had excellent service. Recently we were unable to solve an accounting mystery with our cruise line and although it was not Sarah's responsibility she went above and beyond in assisting in solving the issue.
All of this occurring around American Thanksgiving - she gave attention to this matter. We will continue to use Sarah for all of our many future cruises.

Sarah had been my in-laws cruise travel agent, and we "inherited" her when we began cruising a number of years ago. She has been extremely helpful and customer focused in all of our dealings with her. We would recommend her to anyone considering a future cruise.

The best agent, bar none
We switched to Sarah from a west coast agent (and we live on the west coast), on a single cruise about 10 or more years ago. Needless to say, we never looked back and have used Sarah for every cruise we've taken since (19 cruises). She is the best, great perqs and has dealt quickly, courteously, and effectively with all manner of changes, glitches, alterations and special requests. Besides, she's a very nice person.

Sarah Parent IS CruCon!
This review is long overdue. For several years and several cruises, Sarah Parent has been our travel agent with CruCon. Her attention to our needs, patience with our questions, amazing response time, excellent communication, and ability to reconcile every concern we've ever had are remarkable. We would never book any cruise travel without CruCon, and my wife and I are extremely fortunate to have had Sarah Parent as our agent throughout our travels. Thank you, CruCon ... and THANK YOU, Sarah!

Dan & Joyce Dowell

Our favorite Cruise Consultant
We have been using CruCon Cruise Outlet for over 20 years. Sarah Parent has been our cruise planner for most of that time. She has been very responsive to our request for cruise information and pricing. Sarah is very knowledgeable about cruise lines and destinations and has always quoted us the lowest total price including perks. We will continue to rely on her expertise.
