Great get away from winter vacation!

Sandra Nelson was a great person to work with in booking our vacation. She was very helpful at all times! Anytime we needed help.....before or during our cruise she was there to help. She is genuinely pleasant to work with. She is not pushy and looks to helps to save money where you can?? Love her honesty as well! Top notch??

First of many cruises!

This was my first cruise and Sandy made everything easy to deal with. She is an attentive, fun and adventurous person who made it such a wonderful trip. Already booked for next year!

A wedding celebration to cure the winter blues

Some friends of our were married in the beginning of the year. Close friends and family decided to go on a cruise to celebrate. Sandra went above and beyond getting everyone prepared and well educated for the vacation. Making sure we had all the necessities and proper paper work for going on a out of country excursion. The process of planning something like this can certainly be overwhelming especially when we're so busy with the day to day hustle and bustle. Our vacation was well planned and no detail was over looked which allowed us to be worry free before, during and after our trip. Needless to say we had an amazing time and we will definitely be working with Sandra time and time again.

Great trip, lots to see and do

Efficient, organized and every detail was taken care of. It was a carefree trip! Good flights, and weather related travel issues were quickly resolved in a professional manner.

Fantastic Scandanavian Cruise

great alaskan cruise

we were not experienced travelers , so i really counted on Sandra to help us get this Alaska cruise all set up , and on top of that , we did not have a lot of time to get passports and everything needed , but she was great , and got us all taken care of . and we had a great time , and i will most definitely call her next time as well . she knew i was not comfortable with all the details , and she took care of it for us . loved her in my corner that is for sure .

Sun, Beaches, and Great Food

Fabulous Vacation

We are so fortunate to have discovered Sandra! She is extremely well-versed in a wide variety of destinations to accommodate individual preferences. Being extraordinarily attentive to every last detail, while documenting and communicating everything to us, we had clear, concise expectations on every andoect of our trip. The Best Trip of My Life & The Best Travel Ag

It takes A LOT to impress me because I hold everyone to the high standards I hold myself to, and Sandra definitely impressed me! I don't think I've ever met anyone who is as responsive and knowledgeable as she is, and I really appreciate that because I have no patience. She's excellent at what she does, and I have rebooked with her for our next international vacation. Wouldn't ever use any other travel agent - ever!

My first solo visit to Scotland to go on a tour

Sandra was extremely helpful on my trip, especially when my flight from Chicago to Newark was late getting to the gate due to a storm, and I thought I was going to be missing my connecting flight to Scotland. She "held my hand" as I navigated the Newark airport and made it to my connecting flight! She spent major time figuring out my flights, and stayed in contact during the trip to ensure all was going well. Bravo!

First Cruise - Seamless!

We booked an Alaskan cruise through Sandra and had a wonderful experience. It was our first time on a cruise, and she was amazingly helpful. She covered every detail to ensure our trip went smoothly. Sandra listened to our preferences and guided our choices; carefully explained procedures and patiently answered our all of our questions. She even checked in with us along our journey and when we returned. A rose and a welcome message from her greeted us when we arrived in our stateroom- what a nice touch! We would most definitely trust Sandra to help us with our travel plans again. She made the journey smooth and seamless.
