Great trip, lots to see and do

great alaskan cruise
we were not experienced travelers , so i really counted on Sandra to help us get this Alaska cruise all set up , and on top of that , we did not have a lot of time to get passports and everything needed , but she was great , and got us all taken care of . and we had a great time , and i will most definitely call her next time as well . she knew i was not comfortable with all the details , and she took care of it for us . loved her in my corner that is for sure .

Sun, Beaches, and Great Food
Sandy was extremely helpful with making last minute changes to our travel arrangements when one of the members was no longer able to travel. The Best Trip of My Life & The Best Travel Ag
It takes A LOT to impress me because I hold everyone to the high standards I hold myself to, and Sandra definitely impressed me! I don't think I've ever met anyone who is as responsive and knowledgeable as she is, and I really appreciate that because I have no patience. <br/><br/>She's excellent at what she does, and I have rebooked with her for our next international vacation. Wouldn't ever use any other travel agent - ever!

My first solo visit to Scotland to go on a tour
Sandra was extremely helpful on my trip, especially when my flight from Chicago to Newark was late getting to the gate due to a storm, and I thought I was going to be missing my connecting flight to Scotland. She "held my hand" as I navigated the Newark airport and made it to my connecting flight! She spent major time figuring out my flights, and stayed in contact during the trip to ensure all was going well. Bravo!

First Cruise - Seamless!
We booked an Alaskan cruise through Sandra and had a wonderful experience. It was our first time on a cruise, and she was amazingly helpful. She covered every detail to ensure our trip went smoothly.
Sandra listened to our preferences and guided our choices; carefully explained procedures and patiently answered our all of our questions. She even checked in with us along our journey and when we returned.
A rose and a welcome message from her greeted us when we arrived in our stateroom- what a nice touch!
We would most definitely trust Sandra to help
us with our travel plans again. She made the journey smooth and seamless.

Zero hassel travel!
Sandy made traveling out of the country very smooth! She was helpful with all types of questions both anticipated, and also ones I had not thought of. There was next to no pressure organizing a trip out of the country knowing that an experienced traveler had set everything up for us. You are appreciated Sandy! Fun on the Sea

First Time Cruising Can’t Wait to go Back!
As I get settled in after my cruise I felt the need I to tell my dads wife to call Sandy to work with them on a cruise to Alaska. They don’t know a lot about cruising and I know Sandy will take care of all the little details they wouldn’t think of. She will have their best interest at heart as well as making sure they have the best time ever. <br/><br/>I was so grateful to have Sandy's knowledge on our cruise. Amazing Vacay!
I enjoyed working with Sandy, as this was our first cruise and we were traveling with a large group, it was nice to have someone to keep us organized and on top of things we needed to get in order. Sandy was prompt and thorough in her responses and took the time to help me when I had some confusion as to a charge for an excursion after the trip. I recommend her!<br/><br/>I have to say that cruising was just the best, especially in a large group! We had the time of our lives and simply cannot wait to cruise again. I keep excitedly looking through the emails Princess is sending us and am just so excited to get back out there!

Easing a Very difficult Medical Trip to UCLA, CA
On Very Very short notice our family had a medical emergency. Sandy worked fast and diligently to book plane tickets, hotel rooms and car rental all within 2 hours and away we went. Even though some Hotel Rooms where not quite what we had thought on the description on the computer, Sandy Jumped into Action to smooth and fix things.

An amazing adventure!

Second Honeymoon
Sandra assisted in finding the perfect trip for my husband and I to get away alone for the first time since our honeymoon. Sandra took into account all of our likes and dislikes. She presented a few destinations with accommodations. Once we chose the destination, she took care of all the details. We arrived at the airport in Turks with a ride for us prearranged by Sandra. Our accommodations and trip were beyond our expectations. We had an amazing time and Sandra's planning made our experience seamless! We cannot wait until our next adventures planned by Sandra!

Outstanding trip!
Sandra is an excellent planner. I would trust her with anything. She is very detail oriented and kept us informed about all our options as we planned the trip. The cruise itself was tremendously fun and very relaxing because of all the advance planning Sandra had done. Sandra takes all the worry out of planning a trip. <br/>I have used her services for family vacations. Business travel. <br/>Most recently. We had a family medical emergency situation. Sandy jumped right in. Rolled up her sleeves and went work. She arranged for multiple people from different locations to get where we needed. Airline, Hotels, transportation. She did it fast on a moments notice. <br/>I would highly recommend Sandy for any travel needs you may have. <br/>She’s the hardest working woman I’ve ever met. <br/>
