My family and I just experienced a wonderful 8 day/7 night vacation on board the beautiful MSC seaside. Boarding the Seaside was the fastest process ever. It was like having a fast pass for our family of 6 as we breezed right thru the check in process. Walking on board we were greeted by the kids club staff. They made it easy to register our 4 kids ages 4, 9, 14, 16, for all the kid club activities. The Seaside is a beautiful ship. The crystal staircases are a nice place to take memorable family photos. Our stateroom was clean, spacious, and had modern decor. We enjoyed all of the activities on board especially the nightly entertainment shows . The freshly made from scratch pizza is absolutely the best pizza at sea! The (Mariner of the Seas) cruise overall was fine - good weather, good excursions, good service. The one disappointment was the food on the ship. Very limited choices, lack of seasoning, and cheap entrees that were not special. Very heavy on pasta, rice, and potatoes. Dessert menu needs an upgrade as well - it was mostly pudding-type dishes or very dry cake.

We thoroughly enjoyed this 12NT British Isles Cruise. We toured countries we'd never been to with lots of history. The excursions we took were amazing, especially the Dover and Blarney Castles. We also toured the Titanic Museum and did the Beatles. Driving up to the Snowdonia Mountains in Wales was such a treat since it was gorgeous. The weather for the entire trip could not have been more perfect. Great memories with best friends. We probably won't go with RCCL Air to Sea again. Too much of a hassle trying to get rescheduled on a cancelled flight. Overall, the trip was fantastic! Thanks again to Kevin for the assistance in scheduling the cruise.

We did have several issues that we were not happy about. All of our plane trips my husband and I were not booked to sit together and we had to call the airline ourselves and pay $400 extra dollars to sit together. We also had a misunderstanding about travel insurance. Our last issue was that he suggested we take the late flight home and enjoy Vancouver for the day. After thinking about it, we called to ask what we would be able to do with our luggage for the 15 hours we were in Vancouver after getting off the ship and he had no suggestions. After researching everything ourself, we found a tour that would take our luggage, so we ended up having a wonderful tour in Vancouver. He just needs to be more knowledgeable when he recommends something.
