My husband and I booked our next cruise on board a Celebrity ship. Unfortunately I made a mistake when asked if I wanted to name a travel agent. We did name one, our mistake! Once we got home I checked with Jennifer and she was able to give us better terms than our previous agent (Not with the Vacation Group). The previous agent didn’t respond to 3 calls to him. Then comes Jennifer. She guided me in what I needed to do to transfer the reservation to The Vacation Group. She was so diligent in helping us even though she ran into many roadblocks. The best reservation specialist
Jennifer need to take over a reservation that we made over a year ago from a representative that must’ve left the company? From the moment Jennifer came on board she was pleasant friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. She was patient in explaining a new reservation I needed to make for our son and grandsons.
She went out of her way to consider all the many options I had and find a cabin as close to ours as possible. Her system blacked out once, and I never saw her lose her cool, but patiently continued until the glitch passed. She is a natural at her job and as an asset to NCL, any future cruises, I book I will be sure to go through her!

One year ago we had to cancel an eagerly anticipated cruise around part of South America and Antarctica due to illness. Since we are on the road to recovery we decided to try again in 2026. Jennifer has provided us great value for our travel budget. She books packages for us so we dont need to worry about any of the logistics. We just get picked up at the designated meeting spot in Bonita and are bused to the port directly. We dont have to worry about transfering our baggage.

Jennifer Hardy has been our travel agent since 2000 when we retired to Ft Myers, Florida. Her agency, All Aboard Travel, has travel expos in January where we can meet the tour operators to get detailed information on their trips.
Jennifer has booked many trips for us. She always finds us the best value for our retiree budget. We have traveled the Caribbean, Alaska, Europe, Mexico as well as some US trips under Jennifer's advice. This year she recommended a river cruise that we would never have found on our own. She found affordable airfare to Europe and suggested we go early season to beat the summer price hikes. The Avalon river cruise was a fabulous experience that we would not have found without Jennifer.
