Very knowledgeable and responsive
Quick response to questions and needs, Mayte has been on the top of our list. Traveling with others is always a task to coordinate, but I can't question the excellent manor in which things are handled. There is always a pleasant ending to a call, by closing "Don't hesitate to reach out to me for information.

Helps to ease stress of planning a cruise.
I was happy to get hooked up with CruCons Mayte. She's been very helpful, giving me as much time that I need to get all my questions answered. Most important, Mayte is quick at returning my telephone calls and/or responding to my email. Thank you, Mayte.

Awesome Family Cruise
From the beginning Mayte Dos Santos was extremely helpful. I had not booked a cruise in several years. Her kindness and patience with me was beyond measure.
Mayte was generous with her time, exploring all options to make sure we had the best value to meet our needs.
Thanks to Mayte we enjoyed a wonderful vacation.

Our First Celebrity Cruise
In a nutshell, Crucon earned my business because Mayte was responsive, answered and returned my phone calls timely and didn't mind taking a little extra time helping me as I was relatively new to cruising. She didn't expect all communication to be simply via email.

Cruise booking - many thanks to Mayte Dos Santos
With this, I would like please to highlight the remarkably pleasant experience of having Mayte Dos Santos take care of our booking. She was extremely kind and pleasant on the phone, offering her assistance and knowledge to answer all the questions and solve all the problems.
Did I mention how pleasant she was? And how easy she took care of everything, calling me back? I must say I got rather worried seeing the payment error message, and I was also confused by not being able to access NCL CruiseFirst offer, neither could I get through to any CruCon agent - the lines were busy... Mayte resolved it all, demonstrating great professionalism, but most importantly - Mayte showed great care: first, she patiently guided me through all the packages, then, in a matter of minutes, she arranged a conference call with the NCL representative, processed the payment, applied the NCL certificate, and sent me the invoice. It was almost like she had a magic wand. Much appreciated!
