Super Agent

I have used Alejandra many times and I only have great things to say about her. She is meticulous in planning and offers suggestions when booking even though I have cruised over 70 times and know my stuff. She is super conscientious, hard working and dosen't hesitate to reach out if issues arise. She will even follow through after the cruise is completed. Great stuff and thank you.

The best experience working with Alejandra

I had great experience with Alejandra helping me with all my cruise reservations and questions. She responds to all my email promptly. I go to her for my cruise related issues and questions, such as dinner reservations, onboard credits, discounts, prices, etc.

Great Customer Service

Alejandra booked 13 of us on a Caribbean Cruise for Nov. 2024. Her customer service was outstanding and she was always quick to get back to me if I had any inquiries. The entire booking went very smoothly. Because of her great customer service and professionalism I contacted her again recently to book 8 of us on a Mediterranean Cruise for Sept. 2025. Again the entire booking process went smoothly. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Alejandra to book your travel. I have 100% faith in her capabilities

The most pleasant booking experience

Alejandra was so helpful in booking both of my cruise vacations with each having over three rooms to book. She took the time to make sure all information was correct and that we knew exactly what we were getting with each booking.

Alejandra is the best cruise consultant

Alejandra is the best travel agent we have ever had. She has always been extremely helpful and always gets us the best cruise for the best price. She has gone out of her way to handle any problem we have had. We had an issue with a cruise line but Alejandra handled it and resolved the problem. We now have two future cruises with her and hope to have many more. She is very friendly and easy to talk too.<br/>
