Since becoming a travel advisor, one of my most unforgettable vacations was a trip I took to India, accompanied by my partner at the time. India's sheer exoticism captivated me – from its unique foods, rich fragrances, vibrant culture, rhythmic music, to the colorful traditional attire and significant sites. The warmth of the people and the mouth-watering cuisine added another layer to this profound experience. Witnessing ceremonies like the cremations on the Ganges River in Varanasi deeply moved me. The entire journey felt like a quintessential "Bucket-List" trip, an experience few are fortunate enough to have. I was filled with gratitude for the opportunity to immerse myself in such a captivating environment. This voyage also influenced my perspective as a travel advisor. It underscored the universal truth that irrespective of cultural or geographic boundaries, humanity shares common traits. Whenever I hear skepticism or reluctance about exploring destinations like India, I am reminded that such hesitations often stem from unfamiliarity. Places like India are nothing short of magnificent, and my mission is to encourage everyone to venture out and savor experiences like these.

Unlike other companies AMA seems to rely heavily on contract directors/guides. Most days the group had no written itinerary which led to unnecessary confusion. Reasonable questions were often made to sound unwelcome. Several tours ended up being needy causes. Several in our group did not enjoy small bush planes with 1 engine & 1 pilot. on several flights couples were seated apart.
