We first used Jackie to book our family trip to Disney World, several years ago. She went above and beyond to plan the perfect trip for our grandson’s Graduation gift. It was a great trip for all 6 of us. Her previous travel experience and attention to detail have been helpful to us as we plan our trips. She has learned our vacation preferences and helped us plan several cruises. We even joined her and her husband John on one of their special cruises to Alaska. She also looks for specials and ways to get the best value for your money. She works very hard to make sure her clients have a wonderful vacation. I’m glad we found her and Adventure Awaits Travel.

Amazing vacation
Jackie was absolutely amazing to work with. She was just the sweetest person to communicate with. Very prompt and knowledgeable. If she didn’t know the answer to our questions, she found the answer for us. Will definitely use Jackie for our next cruise!

Once in a lifetime trip
Jackie went above and beyond to help. She looked for the lowest prices, helped give me advice, and looked into somethings that would be helpful to my husband and some disabilities he had. She’s such a delight to work with.

BEST way to book a cruise!
Jackie has a great passion for travel and is very knowledgeable as a veteran cruiser! We watched a few YouTube videos that John posted and got a feel for the cruise. Jackie worked with us to get the best rate, room and a few special extra's that we would not have gotten if we booked our cruise directly. Jackie had great hotel and restaurant recommendations and she even suggested some awesome excursions that we really enjoyed. She provided us an itinerary before our departure and checked in on us afterwards to make sure we enjoyed our trip. We already have another cruise on the books and will be booking our future cruises with Adventure Awaits World Travel for sure!

Flawless Care of our Huge Cruise Group
We've never worked with an agent who worked harder, did more, or provided more unexpected benefits. Jackie anticipated what we needed and did it before we could even ask. Made traveling with a huge group a breeze. Answered our zillions of questions patiently, never stopped working to get us what we needed, and generally went over and above the call of duty. Our Train trip Through the Alps of Switzerland was Wonderful!
Jackie was the BEST help in planning all the details of our Italy trip and in making sure we were updated through the whole process. She even checked in just before our departure and followed up immediately after to make sure everything went as planned. We knew we could count on her if we needed anything at all during the trip. She plans all our cruises
John & Jackie with Adventure Awaits World Travel are absolutely the best! We have used them for 4 cruises with a 5th one in the works. They booked us on a NE/Canada cruise in August 2025 with a small group of friends. They are always quick to answer any questions or concerns we have & give us suggestions on what to do in port & pre/post cruise. Would not even think of cruising without using the services of this wonderful couple

Top 5 Trips of All Time.
Jackie helped organizing our trip with 4 other couples. She had all the information for all hotels, transfers, trains, buses, excursions, dining in one complete package. It would have taken me days to wade through all the reservations, I probably would have given up. She helped us with a room upgrade and it was spectacular and I doubt we would have been able to do this fast enough without her. She was great!

Wonderful Trip
Jackie recommended Holland America, a great choice, when we wanted a cruise-tour to Alaska. She helped with all the registrations for 12 of us, suggesting add-ons that actually saved money. She answered numerous questions in a timely manner for everyone, and suggested excursions we might enjoy. She reminded us of payment due days. She provided handy packing tips and reminders.The folder she provided just before the cruise contained everything we needed, plus helpful tips on embarking and sailing away. Jackie was with us from beginning to end with her joyful spirit, and we had a great time on our 2-day trip to Vancouver, Canada and then 11 days cruising and exploring Alaska!

Booked 3 cruises with Jackie so far- all outstandi
In the last year we have used the services of Adventure Awaits for 3 cruises and have been extremely happy with them! Jackie helped us with cruises to Alaska, Norway, & Belgium/Amsterdam. She is always quick to respond when we have questions, are very knowledgeable and informative, and have removed the stress of planning such a trip off our shoulders. We already know of a cruise we will be booking through them in the future and are looking for additional trips to add. We were not hooked on cruising until we booked through Adventure Awaits. Romantic trip to Sandals in Jamaica

Fabulous Alaskan cruise and tour- extremely well p
Jackie and her staff were wonderful to work with. Her ‘hands-on approach’ was very helpful since it had been several years since we had cruised. She was always available to answer questions and share helpful information. Her travel agency planned the perfect Alaskan cruise for our anniversary celebration. Our Explora Journeys cruise was fantastic- she did

Jackie was so helpful in booking our 10th Anniversary Cruise! Jackie generated a list of all the possible cruises that fit within our time frame and budget and was so patient with as we selected our cruise. Excellent Service
Jackie is sooooo organized. I feel absolutely confident about my future trip to Alaska, like I am heading in the right direction!! A Dream Vacation
We are so impressed with the attention to detail and personal advice Jackie graciously extended to us for our up coming family vacation to Paris. <br/>Jackie gave us great insight on our accommodations; from air-conditioning in the warm months, concierge, location, distance to cafes, shopping, entertainment and even found us a suite with two full size bathrooms for us to share with our daughter. Jackie then went that extra step to find out our interests while in Paris and then made us a full detailed list with places to shop, sights to see, a photographer and just for our daughter-vintage clothing boutiques! these special touches are so valuable to us while planning for this special graduation trip. Her personal knowledge of Paris and her passion for travel is truly a joy to work with and we greatly appreciate her professionalism. Thank you Jackie for everything!
