Favorite Travel Agent
Jacqueline has helped us plan wonderful family vacations to Mexico and Turks and Caicos. She is great at matching the best resort to fit our family, taking everyones ages and what each one wants to do into the planning process. Excellent attention to detail, Jacqueline is our FAVORITE travel agent!

Wonderful help for our first Disney trip!
I had a lot of questions for our first Disney vacation. Jacqueline was very patient with me and helped whenever I had a question or needed more explanations because I wasn't sure of the planning process. I would use Jacqueline again to plan another trip!

Jacqueline helped us plan a 2-week trip to Italy in June/Jul...y 2022. She was very helpful in the research and planning process and always got back to us in a timely manner when there were questions or if documentation was needed. Our trip was amazing and we can't wait to return, although we did have a very bumpy start when our flight between Boston & Rome was cancelled and we were stranded in Boston for 2 days. This was an airline issue and was no fault of Jacqueline's. During that time, she was constantly available to reshuffle hotel plans, car/train transfers, as well as acting as a liaison between us and Delta Vacations. After the trip, she was an excellent resource for dealing with trip insurance company.
