Wonderful travel experience despite a rocky start
Jacqueline helped us plan a 2-week trip to Italy in June/July 2022. She was very helpful in the research and planning process and always got back to us in a timely manner when there were questions or if documentation was needed. Our trip was amazing and we can't wait to return, although we did have a very bumpy start when our flight between Boston & Rome was cancelled and we were stranded in Boston for 2 days. This was an airline issue and was no fault of Jacqueline's. During that time, she was constantly available to reshuffle hotel plans, car/train transfers, as well as acting as a liaison between us and Delta Vacations. After the trip, she was an excellent resource for dealing with trip insurance company. We loved our trip and the memories made, and will absolutely ask for Jacqueline's help again when planning our next big adventure!

1st Class Travel Agent
Thank you for planning and booking our trip to Jamaica Jacqueline! This being our first vacation post the pandemic we were a bit unsure of all the new processes in place with regards to Covid testing. You made it all very easy and kept us updated all along the way. Wonderful quick getaway
We loved every second of the Universal Orlando trip Jacqueline planned for us. Everything was super easy and well thought out. The transportation to and from the airport was perfect and staying on the resort campus made it even better. Not to mention the resort itself; just perfect!

Anniversary trip
Jacqueline planned a trip for 5 of us going to Las Vegas to celebrate our anniversary. We had many change requests and the airlines made several mistakes. Jacqueline solved every issue , so that our trip was seamless.

FABULOUS TRIP!
Jacqueline was fantastic! This was the first time I have ever used a travel agent, and I had a lot of questions. Jacqueline responded to everything quickly. Her recommendations were fantastic! The hotels were wonderful and in the best locations. The Acropolis tour she recommended was amazing. Our travel group had people from 17-74 years old and we all had an incredible time. Trip of a Lifetime!
Our trip to Italy was amazing, it was everything we had asked for and so much more! Jacqueline was very responsive and helped with all of our questions before and during our trip. The best trip ever! The easiest trip ever!
Jacqueline was very easy to work with and very patient with us. She gave her some of her experience and gave us a wide variety of options to choose from. She was very quick to get us pricing and options as well as pictures. While we were on vacation, we texted her and immediately got a response as we were looking for a private driver she was able to immediately refer us to someone and get us to where we needed to be. I loved my experience with her and she made everything super easy!

An Amazing Tropical Retreat!

Travel Booking Made Easy
Jacqueline has helped us plan 3 vacations now (Ireland and London, Tampa, FL, and San Diego, CA) and she has been wonderful to work with every time! She is very knowledgeable and helpful with fitting vacation desires to a specific budget and makes the process of planning a vacation very easy. She is also very responsive! Dream Vacation in DisneyWorld - CHECK!
Jacqueline was very understanding and helpful during our vacation process. She worked hard to make us the get the best experience and she was very understanding of our budget. She was patient when we made changes to our requests. She answered all of our questions to all the best of her ability and made suggestions on anything she thought we may like. She also made sure we were satisfied once our vacation was over and how much she appreciated our business. Vacation time - Ensure the best experience
Jacqueline takes the time to get to know and understand her clients and their desire. This experience is pretty much the opposite of 'finding a deal online' and then regretting your trip. The stress of detailed planning is completely removed and you can be certain you are getting the best value. It is an important distinction. I have in the past had the best price and then been disappointed in the room, location or service which ruins the whole vacation experience. Working with Jacqueline avoids that risk. My personal time is worth a ton to me and I would not waste one minute trying to navigate the travel minefield these days without an experienced agent assisting me to make wise choices.

Best Travel Agent
I had never used a travel agent until Jacqueline. A bunch of my friends wanted to go on a trip to Mexico together, and one of my friends worked with Jacqueline for the whole experience. She made everything so easy, especially trying to coordinate travel with 10 people who all lived in different states.<br/><br/>Our trip was amazing and I did not worry about anything leading up to the trip. After that experience, I will only use travel agents now when planning my trips and have worked with Jacqueline on 3 other trips. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and gives great information regarding different places and what her opinion on those places are. I seriously do not have a single worry when planning a trip with her.<br/><br/>I recommend her to anyone I know that is looking to plan a trip. You will not be disappointed if you work with Jacqueline. I can promise that after your first trip booked with her, you will continue to book future trips with her!

Jacqueline is Wonderful!
Jacqueline booked a Caribbean Cruise for my husband and I. Everything was amazing - she had us upgraded to a room with a balcony at no additional cost, and even had a chilled bottle of champagne waiting in the room for us. She had great advice regarding what packages to buy on the cruise, how to get the best deals on excursions, and a host of other things. Jacqueline really made our trip special- she was wonderful!

Great travel experiences
I booked two cruises through Jacqueline. She coordinated all of our transportation, hotels, and if there were any price reductions she found them for us. She took all of the stress out of traveling. I highly recommend her.

Best vacations ever!

Dream honeymoon made EASY!
Jacqueline was amazing!!! We had no idea where we wanted to go when we first started this process. Jacqueline gave us options for the first price range we gave her, and then when we decided we could increase the budget a bit, gave us a whole new set of options without batting an eye despite all the extra work that must’ve required of her! She helped us figure out our destination and then gave us a ton of different resort options which fit our wish list. She booked everything for us even when that meant she had to actually CALL the resort (international!) to clarify room availability. Then when I thought she’d finally lose her mind on me, when I told her we didn’t yet have our passports 😬, she totally didn’t and everything worked out just fine. Working with Jacqueline took so much stress out of this process and I’m so glad I chose to do so!!!!

An incredible trip through northern Italy!
I feel very lucky to have found Jacqueline, particularly for this trip in Italy that we were trying to plan. She was very knowledgeable of the area we were looking to visit. I explained that we were a multigenerational family and our needs would be particular to our demographics. She understood the assignment and put together a wonderful itinerary, taking into consideration all the nuances that would need to be considered. We felt very looked after the entire trip while also not feeling overly scheduled. All the tours and transport that she arranged were wonderful. I would highly recommend Jacqueline for all your travel needs. She was friendly and professional and very responsive.

Made my college graduation trip easy and simple
I must say Jacqueline was a joy to work with. I wanted to reward my grown children with a nice vacation to Jamaica for graduating from college. I reached out to several agents on Thumbtack and Jacqueline was the only one to respond in a timely fashion. She was very polite from the first call to the last. She listened to what I wanted and began working expeditiously on putting a package together. Once I settled on a package she made herself available for questions no matter the day or hour. She kept me informed of flight changes and reductions of cost. I can't express enough of how pleased I was with her expertise and professionalism. This was the best vacation we have ever taken. The smiles on my children's face was priceless. We stayed at RIU Montego Bay and it was beautiful. For a stress-free vacation I strongly suggest allowing Jacqueline to handle all your travel needs.
