Jacqueline helped us plan a 2-week trip to Italy in June/July 2022. She was very helpful in the research and planning process and always got back to us in a timely manner when there were questions or if documentation was needed. Our trip was amazing and we can't wait to return, although we did have a very bumpy start when our flight between Boston & Rome was cancelled and we were stranded in Boston for 2 days. This was an airline issue and was no fault of Jacqueline's. During that time, she was constantly available to reshuffle hotel plans, car/train transfers, as well as acting as a liaison between us and Delta Vacations. After the trip, she was an excellent resource for dealing with trip insurance company. We loved our trip and the memories made, and will absolutely ask for Jacqueline's help again when planning our next big adventure!
