Amazing Vacation for First-Time Cruisers
We asked at the last minute if Pamela could find a vacation for my husband, myself, my son and his college friend to get us out of the cold weather and into some warmth and sun! Pamela asked questions about our budget and our preferences and came back with several options. We had never considered a cruise before, but we trusted Pamela and I'm so glad we did! All of us had an amazing time and there was certainly something for everyone. Pamela promptly answered any questions we had before and during the trip and it was good to know we had a travel professional with all her experience to guide us along the way. I would definitely recommend Coastwise Travel and Pamela Fierro. She will be our first call planning our next trip!

Every Step of the Way!
Pamela is awesome! She helped us book our honeymoon trip to Mexico but unfortunately, we had to cancel it the day before due to COVID. However, she was so caring, empathetic, and helpful as she walked us through the travel insurance claim process. Even though we were crunched for time, she still found us an AMAZING honeymoon destination that we decided to book for the following month. The honeymoon was everything all thanks to Pamela. She was still there every step of the way and we could ask her however many questions we wanted while we were away and she had a super fast response time! Pamela is there for you before, during, and after the vacation and I have already referred friends and family to her as well.

Perfect Costa Rica graduation trip!
After inquiring about a trip to Costa Rica for my daughter and I and answering some questions about our interests, Pamela sent us a perfect, adventure filled itinerary with 3 destinations, lots of excursions, and private transportation to every stop. I didn’t need to change one thing! The trip was seamless and amazing from beginning to end. This was my first time using a travel agent but in the future Pamela will be my first phone call when considering a vacation.

Perfectly planned trip!
My husband and I had a fantastic Amawaterways Rhine River Christmas Market River boat cruise planned by Pamela and Coastwise Travel. From beginning to end, the trip was seamless. Pamela was great at communicating what to expect and anticipated our needs.
We had several transfers that were flawless. I especially love her app and it was easy to use and it had everything I needed right at my fingertips.
We can’t wait to plan another trip with Pamela we highly recommend her agency.

Our first river cruise
We are delighted we contacted Pam to help us plan our trip. She helped us navigate traveling with our older (89 years old) parents. She provided excellent advice and guidance from flights and stateroom options to securing a private driver from Vienna to Prague. Having our trip details available on her travel app were extremely helpful. We definitely recommend Coastwise Travel when planning your next trip.

Oh so grateful!
This was our first cruise and we decided to make it a family affair. Our party of 14 was comprised of eight adults and six children, age range was 2 to 68. We had a host of questions not only concerning our requirements but from the parents of the children. As part of the education process, we viewed information from a variety of sources and went to Pam to obtain ground truth and provide a way ahead that addressed all of our concerns. Pam took the time to understand our families’ needs, was responsive and was an exceptional communicator. She was the consummate facilitator as she handled, flawlessly, our bookings, documents, schedules, and updates making the process appear seamless. Pam’s efforts were the cornerstone to ensuring our cruise experience was very family friendly with no challenges or stress. Thank you, Pam, you are the BEST!

Wonderful cruise!
Pam was a big help in booking me a single balcony room so I could celebrate a friend’s birthday cruise. She also helped find and book a small snorkeling trip for just our friends and when it was cancelled due to bad weather she had our money quickly refunded.

Exceeded ALL Expectations!
I partnered with Pam on a last minute surprise Birthday trip for my husband. Her attention to detail and suggestions exceeded anything that I could have planned on my own, making this the best get-a-way weekend for us. A trip of a lifetime!

Best Cruise Ever
Pam was amazing! She suggested this trip/cruise and recommended the absolute best cruise for us - and was spot on with our preferences! She was communicative - she even called from her own cruise to make sure we had everything we needed. before our trip I mean, who does that from Antarctica? Pam was excellent in every step of our planning and travel. We shared what we were looking for and she quickly and concisely provided several recommendations that were on target. Most relaxing January cruise ever!
Pam was very quick to respond back to us with cruises that were available the week in January that we wanted to go. We were able to chose a cruise and she booked it quickly and took care of the travel insurance for us. She was very helpful with questions we had about the Covid test kits and telling us about the requirements that Princess Cruise lines would have at the time of our cruise.

Best. Travel agent. Ever.
Pam helped us arrange our first cruise ever to the Caribbean on Viking Ocean in 2019. This year we took 2 more cruises, one with our whole family on Celebrity Apex in the Greek Isles and 1 Viking River on the Danube. We are currently working on 2 more. She also arranged a surprise trip to Sandals in Jamaica. She worked through all the travel details for every trip including multiple reschedulings because of COVID. We never lost a penny as she protected our investment and got us the best deal on every trip. She truly cares that every adventure is a superb travel experience. We will never use anyone else!

Great trip celebrating my Birthday with friends on
I contacted Pam to help me organize a cruise for my Birthday this year. Once I had selected the cruise I spread the word to my friends and family. I gave them Pam’s contact so I didn’t have to worry about anything else. She handled all the planning for me and my guests. There is nothing better than knowing everyone was in good hands. A Magical Adventure!
Working with Pam and Brian was a delight - they made the planning process so simple. And then once planned getting track of everything on the Trip App kept us organized and where we were supposed to be - it was seamless organization. They helped us make the most of our limited time in Oslo and Reykjavik. And our Arctic expedition cruise was truly an amazing experience. Exciting cruise expeditions and fine dining - Northern Lights - polar bears -volcanoes - geysers - icebergs - musk ox - waterfalls - we have memories for a life time! Plus we got to eat Icelandic hotdogs! Pam & Brian did an outstanding job and gave us the trip of a lifetime. We know we will be coming back to so they can help us plan our next adventure!

This is the best trip we have ever taken!
Working with Pamela Fierro was a pleasure. We communicated by phone a couple of times and then by email. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner. This was the first time my wife and I have been overseas and Mrs. Fierro helped to put us at ease with our decision to use Coastwise Travel. Everything was planned out and the trip went exactly the way. Pamela planned each of our excursions and also left time for us to relax and do some personal sightseeing. Drivers arrived on time and were courteous and informative. Flights were all planned out and went smoothly. We did not have to worry about anything. Our hotels were clean , comfortable , and the staff was helpful and saw to our needs. The hotels were close to restaurants and shops. Our excursions went well beyond our expectations, not just hitting the most popular sites, but also including things that we did not expect. I can't express how important Coastwise travel was to having the best trip of our lives

Bucket List trip - We had the BEST TRIP EVER!
Pam has alot of travel experience personally and providing services for her clients. She can make recc for schedules , activities, travel items, restaurants, and really anything to make that annual trip, weekend getaway or huge bucket list trip done! Shes responsive, and professional! We just returned from our third trip planned with Coastwise and it was a big one- Two climates, two countries, four flights, couples who don't live in the same city traveling together, two currencies, two time zones, lost and broken luggage. They knocked it out of the park and helped when we needed it. The drivers and guides were amazing, and we had the absolute best trip checking not one but two bucket list countries (Ireland and Iceland) and a long list of things we wanted to see in both from kissing the Blarney Stone, seeing the Cliffs of Moher, and staying in a castle...to glacier falls, ice caves, volcanos and lava, lagoons, and geysers!

A Trip of a Lifetime!

Best Experience for First Trip to Europe
Pam and Brian are very detail oriented. They took great care in planning every aspect of our trip, and they explained the reasoning for decisions made for each segment. They followed our itinerary from start to finish to anticipate any changes that needed to be done to provide a smooth travel experience for us. They immediately updated us on any airline delays. They promptly answered any questions we had during the trip. They were wonderful about sending us messages as to what to anticipate next and what to do to prepare for the next segment of our trip. They followed up with us after we returned home. Pam and Brian are extremely kind and caring people, and they helped ensure a wonderful trip for us. We would ask them to book our travels again.

Trip of a Lifetime!
I cannot think of a more responsive company. Regardless of the time of day (or night) Brian Fierro was always available to help with every aspect of my travel. It made it very easy to enjoy this once in a lifetime opportunity to see chimpanzees and silver back gorillas in their natural habitats. I cannot thank them enough for creating an exceptional adventure.

20th anniversary trip
Pam did a great job planning and providing for our vacation. I am especially thankful we had an agent to help us when there was an unforeseen problem in our trip. Due to the fires in Maui we needed to make changes and she was able to do these efficiently so that I did not have to worry about it and we still had a great time on our trip.

Amazing anniversary trip!
Pam helped us select an anniversary getaway that was spectacular. She took care of all the detail (room type, airfare) - and even had an anniversary surprise for us! Her experience helped us navigate a tight layover (including customs). It is a trip we will cherish!

She is AMAZING! Book her EVERY TIME!
Pamela is absolutely AMAZING! She is very hands-on and personable. I have worked with other travel agents before and their initial phone consultation lasts 10-15 minutes and all they ask is where we want to go and what our budget is. Pamela is completely the opposite! Our first phone conversation was about 45 minutes long. She wanted to know about us, how we like to travel, where we want to go, what we most liked and disliked about previous travel, our budget, and so much more. She was so knowledgeable about all the areas she talked about and was able to cater to touristy activities as well as adventures that aren't the typical cookie-cutter experience. She is amazing and I will definitely use her again!

Amazing Experience!
Pamela is a great agent to work with! She makes the planning super easy and makes sure you book everything you want to do on your trip. She was such a big help with our emergency situation. My flight home was canceled due to weather, so I had to extend my trip out an extra day because I could get on another flight that same day. She was quick to respond and made sure I had a hotel to stay in close to the hotel to be sure I wouldn't miss that flight. We had a wonderful time on our most recent cruise! Definitely will be booking with her again!

The. Best. Trip. Checked every box.
Pam was outstanding! We asked to go somewhere sunny. Yeah, pretty vague. Pam came up with an all-adult Bahamas cruise on the Virgin Scarlett Lady. Amazing! We had never heard of the ship, and Pam had recently returned from a trip on her. So, Pam knew the ship, and Pam knew us...perfect fit. As a friend of mine said, "that's why you work with a travel professional...they know stuff". Pam's communication was excellent, from booking our flights to recommendations for shipboard and on-land fun. Plus, she found us a bonus for our bar tab...I see that as a win. Personable, knowledgeable, HIGHLEY recommendable ! Thank you Pam, for an amazing experience! We never would have found it without you. BTW, can you book us on Bezos' space rocket?
