Simply the BEST!
Samantha has booked us literally on cruises all over the World! She is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always pleasant to deal with. She keeps us posted with all the latest info or changes on any cruise we’re booked on…and will always call us with the newest info on a cruise that we’re already booked on, or upcoming cruise’s that we might be interested in! After all these years, Samantha is far more like a member of our family, than simply a ‘cruise agent’! We look forward to many more years of having her ‘taking us on many many more years of Cruising the Oceans and Seas of the planet! Thanks for all you do, ‘Sam’????

Samantha Faucher - CruCon's best!
I've been working with Samatha Faucher for years now. We're usually independent travel bookers, but all our cruises are booked with Samantha because of the deals and help she provides. I rely on her extensive knowledge of each cruise line and ship. Value is important to me, and she always helps me find the best prices and cabins for our style. CruCon and Samantha are the best!

Best.travel.agent.ever!
A cruising friend recommended Samantha to my husband, and I and our experience has been very good. We have used her for numerous cruises and have more on the books.! She is very responsive to our requests and inquiries. We have been using her for over a year now and couldn't be more pleased. In fact I have recommended her to other friends and cruisers! She is a delight to work with - oh, and never rushes us!

Excellent Cruise Agent
We have been booking our cruises via CruCon Cruise Outlet for many years and don't consider any other sources when looking for a cruise. They have good prices and have fantastic service. Our favorite agent is Samantha (Sam) Faucher. She takes great care of us, is very patient with us, very knowledgeable, professional and has a wonderful personality! It's such a joy working with Sam.

South American bliss
I’ve been extremely lucky to work with Samantha for over 2 years now and I can’t speak highly enough of her. I book on average about 10 cruises a year for myself and my family. Samantha makes the booking process seamless and if changes have to be made she is always available to advise on the best options.

One Outstanding cruise booked with Samantha!
Samantha has made working with her to select and book vacations very easy and extremely pleasant. We have, after comparing other groups, always gone to her for best price, most amenities and ease of booking many outsranding cruises. A consummate professional, she provides excellent service and is kind and understanding of our needs. We have gone to Samantha Faucher for all our cruise vacations formuch more than a decade and will continue to do so until we are no longer able to sail. A wonderful person in a world that needs more like her.
