Travel has always been a big part of my life and I have to admit I have fully enjoyed every trip I ever took. My career as a professional athlete meant traveling and traveling meant exploring, experiencing, and learning. And I sincerely appreciated those opportunities. As I continued to learn and grow, I ensured my family's focus was learning and developing through travel experiences and curiosity. It is always exciting to decide where to go next and what to do. We love the process of getting there! Travel truly creates opportunities to experience other beautiful parts of the World, to learn about other cultures,  its people, and traditions, to build life lasting relationships and create memories for yourself and your loved ones that last a life time! 

When I think of places visited, one of the most beautiful place and very special to our family is definitely a Town of Bled, in Slovenia, in Europe. We always make sure we give ourselves a chance when in Europe to enjoy a beautiful Lake Bled, its nature, and an interesting, beautiful castle from 11th century, overlooking Lake Bled. And my son loves playing mini golf there and we love to eat their famous dessert - kremsnita. Though numerous times, my family traveled to Punta Cana in Dominican Republic. It is definitively my family's favourite place to refresh, regenerate, and fully relax. We love and appreciate long white beaches, turquoise water, and the sun! 

Other places that I have been fortunate to experience are Mexico, Cuba, USA, our beautiful Canada, many wonderful places in Europe - from Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Vojvodina, and many, many more and many numerous times and different destinations within. What I love, is gorgeous places in Mediterranean - its Adriatic Sea, the climate, and the smell of pine trees. Makarska Riviera in Croatia and Mediterranean is a must to visit! 

As my life path continues, so will my travels with my family. Travel sure helps in developing your identity and understanding how small but wonderful our World truly is.
