Rosie was amazing in helping us plan our family trip to Universal Studios! From the moment I spoke to Rosie and told her what kind if trip we were thinking, she went right to work! She told us about a promotion that Universal Stuidos had along with a new Universal resort that was just about to open and she managed to find the prices in Canadian dollars which was a bonus. She also found us a great price for our flight! Just before we left for our trip, Rosie went out of her way to compile a tricks and tips sheet for Universal Stuidos for us as she was there just weeks prior. She didn't have to do that, but it was such a big help and something we referred to during our trip! Rosie was very organzied, detailed and helpful throughout the whole experience.
