Amazing & Relaxing Vacation
Traveling alone, I wanted a resort that was quiet, small and accommodating to me. Rosie was quick to reply to my traveling request, finding a resort with my price range and providing the details needed to book my vacation. I had a wonderful vacation and would go back to Wyndham again next year.

Christmas Markets wonderful experience

Perfect Winter Getaway!
Rosie did a phenomenal job planning a trip to the Caribbean for us. Time was of the essence and she worked her magic quickly to secure plane tickets while still checking other options so that we could compare and make a decision with a few hours. We also appreciated that she took into account flight times (so we wouldn't be on a red-eye) and length of stopovers (so that we would have more time to vacation!). Her attention to detail was impeccable! Nothing was left to be figured out and she had the tickets to us within a few business days. The best family vacation!
Rosie was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when booking our first family vacation. She found the most perfect location and hotel for us! She did everything from start to finish (including rental car, trip insurance, flight, hotel, making sure our hotel had a pack and play for our baby, etc.) She went above and beyond expectations and we couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be booking all future vacations through Rosie!

Adult resort the only way to go.

Honeymoon bliss
We told her what we were looking for our honeymoon and she found it. We went to sandals in Antigua and stayed in the honeymoon deluxe club level room. Everything was perfect thanks to booking with Rosie she made the whole process super easy and made our dreams come true.

An impecable trip under very stressful personal ci
I can not say anything better. The first trip was under pressure of time to South America and Rosie did it without any troubles. I was extremely satisfied. That is why I will be doing a tour now to Spain and Portugal through her travel agency.

November 2017 Fun in the Sun
Rosie worked closely with us with date selection to find a time that worked best for our group. She did a lot of research to confirm amenities to meet the specific needs of our persnickety travellers. Rosie confirmed details directly with the resort and found us the best possible deal, including helping us to switch rooms to help improve our stay. Her fluency in Spanish was a great help on this adventure.<br/><br/>I would certainly look to Rosie for future trips, especially those to Spanish speaking countries.

Anniversary trip of a lifetime!
We came to Rosie with a long list of things we wanted to do and see on our trip to Italy. She was able to design our dream vacation from this and we loved every minute of it! She was always available when we had questions and she went above and beyond to make arrangements for us to return home urgently when we had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency. Amazing trip to Italy
Rosie was an absolute pleasure to work with from the start to the end of our family trip to Italy in June 2023. She took the time to listen to what we wanted and provided our family with a trip of a lifetime. Every detail was perfect and she even was able to handle special requests. The access to hotels, private drivers and events made it special and completely turn key for us. Even when there was a bump in the travel plans she was on it right away and got it fixed immediately. Amazing trip to Spain
I called Rosie for help as we were planning a two-week trip to Spain. I had booked Airbnb accommodation and had an idea of itinerary, but flights weren't working out. I'm so glad I called her. She had great suggestions for tweaking our route and it worked out so well. She booked us going into Madrid and leaving from Malaga, and in addition, booked airport transfers, hotels, tours, train tickets and car rental as well. Everything she booked went off without a hitch. We were able to access all the details about what she booked through an easy to use app which had all the details (like where we would meet our tour guide...). She was quick to respond whenever I had a question, and provided some great insider knowledge about travelling to the area. I would highly recommend her services.

Loved Portugal
Our trip to Portugal was a huge success because Rosie listened carefully to our wants & needs before the planning process stated. She had creditable suggestions and the company she used in Portugal, Wild Duro made excellent recommendations.Having the app "Trip Plans" was fabulous. I referred to it many times. I appreciated the ongoing communication we had with you during the trip, particularly when Air Canada changed our flight without notifying us. You quickly dealt with the problem & rescheduled us with minimal disruption.

Whirlwind European getaway
Rosie was honest and flexible with our expectations for the trip and our budget, and gave options for how to see the most in a short period of time. She was prompt to respond when there were bumps along the road, and was always available for a question. The app she uses is particularly helpful when traveling and wifi is not always available! Best Honeymoon Ever!
Rosie was a dream to work with. From the initial consultation call, to working with us to tweak the itinerary, to supporting us while on the tour, and following up afterwards - she was amazing! We felt very supported at all times. She even sent us a wedding present in advance of our trip and coordinated some special surprises for our honeymoon and a birthday.

Wonderful vacation
Rosie planned a wonderful vacation for my boyfriend and I. Her attention to detail made the travel so easy. She also provided tons of additional tips, tricks and insider knowledge that was very helpful. We also loved that she provided out of the box suggestions. Based on the vacation we were hoping for Rosie suggested we visited Malaga, Spain. This city was not on our radar but we ended up loving it! Thank you Rosie.

Epic Trip!
Rosie was an absolute joy to work with. We stumbled across her by accident and don't regret the decision to let her plan our two weeks in Portugal.<br/><br/>Her communication and dedication through the whole process was fantastic. She's incredibly enthusiastic about what she does, and provided multiple options that would have been extremely hard, or impossible to plan on your own.<br/><br/>She was able to help us piece together a 2 week fully custom vacation at the last minute. Best trip ever!!!!!
This was my first solo trip, and I was excited and nervous. Roise planned every detail for me from airport pick up, hotels, trains and tours. She made sure I had the best experience possible. She was always available to answer questions and made sure I didn't miss any important attractions. Two weeks was not enough
We had a wonderful trip! Spending two weeks in Spain was not enough ??<br/>Loved Córdoba (the Mosque, the old city and the location of our hotel), we enjoyed the Flamenco Show in Sevilla and the pool top at Becquer.<br/>It’s a good thing that we saw the horse show before the sherry tasting in Jerez?? That was a lot of sherry!<br/>We had a wonderful lunch with an outstanding view on a terrace in Ronda.<br/>I think my favourite city was Granada with that Morocco’s culture ambiance.<br/>Mijas.... what a beautiful village! We were very happy to relax and chill for the last part of our trip at Villa Corazon and enjoying our million dollar view.<br/>Transportation was ideal; from train to private vehicles to our rental car.<br/>Everyone (chauffeurs, guides) were courteous, proud and happy to make us discover their region.<br/>Overall superb trip! Thank you so much for your help.

Best Adventure Trip!
Just got back from a Central European Tour all organized by Dietrich Getaways. Rosie had everything planned from the Airport and train pick ups to private walking tours and dinner cruises as well as palace and castle tours. She took great care to make sure we had all the information we needed and uploaded any documents on a travel app that we had on our phones outlining each day. She made all the planning for us easy and are looking forward to using her in the future.

Wonderful Experience!
Rosie at Dietrich Getaways, helped plan my husband and my first trip to Turkey. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. From the questionnaire we had to fill to help identify our needs and requirements, to customizing the trip to the tee, Rosie was incredible. Amazing Family Trip!
We had a great time in Cancun ringing in 2025! Beautiful Resort. We sent Rosie a list of "could we have" and she hit all that we asked for!
Her attention to detail, ease in booking and availability at any time was superb!

Excellent Last Minute Trip
We had an amazing
trip to Romania and Rome. Everything went according to plan! The airport
shuttle from the hotel was great and easy (although they said they took
credit cards, they really wanted cash fyi). The hotel was fantastic,
great location, staff and breakfast were really great. The food tour in
Travestere was the highlight - we had an amazing time, great tour guide,
awesome food. Definitely the best. Your travel notes were so helpful. We

Professional and friendly, Rosie is just fantastic to work with. She helped me book a number of excursions as part of my trip to Spain. I was determined to see the Alhambra and when there was limited availability for turn-key excursion packages, she tailored one for me. She organized all the bookings and gave us detailed instructions which made it easy for me to manage the day trip on my own. Fantastic Trip
The trip was fantastic. You really did a great job for us. Thank you.<br/>Everything went off without a hitch with the exception of the Bologna trip. The tour was excellent but the train was delayed so they were kindly waiting for us. Just a few minutes. The way back we got help from some lovely locals as the machines caught us up but all was good.<br/>Thank you so much. We will certainly call again (if you can stand all our questions 😀) and also recommend you if that is ok.

Most Memorable Trip
I came to Rosie with my needs/wants/"must haves" for our trip to Italy. Rosie spent some time on the phone with me, taking the time to get to know me and my family. She created a beautiful itinerary for us that was absolutely perfect! She is extremely passionate about travel and ensuring that her clients have a fantastic experience. Her app listed out each day of our trip with all the details we needed: guided walking tour info, train info, tickets, vouchers along with any additional sites, restaurants she thought we may like to visit. She set us up with a cooking class in Florence, guided walking tours in Rome, Florence and Venice. Private transfers from the airport to our hotels. Day trips to Monterosso and Bologna and a private guide for the full day which in the Tuscan Hills. Everything was pre-booked for us and all we needed to do was show up & enjoy. Her knowledge and insights were instrumental in making this vacation such an unforgettable experience.

Wonderful family trip!
Rosie helped our family of 11 to plan an all-inclusive vacation to Punta Cana. Near the top of the list was a family friendly, smaller resort with minimal sea grass on the beach. She hit it right on! She was very prompt with replies and suggestions, and was available any time. I spent a lot of time online with no success prior to contacting Rosie (for the first time). Next time I will just leave it up to her. We will certainly be back and I recommend her for all your travel needs. Thank you so much Rosie!!!

Amazing serivce!!!
Rosie was so kind and patient in answering all our questions and concerns. She booked flights and a layover tour so we could make the best use of our time while in Lisbon. She took all the stress and worry away so we could truly enjoy the trip as a family!!

Best Family Vacation Ever!
Rosie was amazing from the beginning of helping us lock down the best destination for our family of 5 right through till our return. Every step of the way she was there to answer any questions or concerns we had, to walking us through the new regulations at the airport. Rosie made sure everything was perfect and just what we wanted for our trip. Thanks to Rosie our family had the best vacation in Costa Rica and were able to relax and enjoy every minute of it!! Best honeymoon ever!

Don't want to come home
We can’t believe the trip is almost over. We can’t get enough of this place we love it so much. We are having the best time, so amazing!! Just got back from the coffee tour, so informative wow. Cancelled Due to Covid, but Great Travel Partner
Rosiedid a great job of getting my husband and me organized for the Italian and French vacation of our dreams. She did a good job of listening to what we wanted and integrating that into our agenda. Unfortunately Covid-19 stepped in and derailed our plans, but this is where Rosie really stepped up and showed us how fantastic she could be. She has helped us to ensure that our insurance claim was filed (and suggested we buy insurance to begin with), and has been a very supportive partner throughout the cancellation process. I look forward to being able to re-book this trip with Roise's help and actually live our dream vacation!

A cancelled trip
This was our first time working with Rosie and she far exceeded the service of any other travel agent we have used. She was very thorough in seeking out and booking multiple <br/>additions to our trip. For health reasons we unfortunately had to cancel our trip this spring. Rosie was extremely empathetic and immediately set to work to obtain refunds etc for the trip. <br/>She compiled a very detailed package for insurance and was there to help all the way. She was absolutely incredible!!

Seem less Family Vacation
Thorough and detailed and took the time to ask about our interests and what we were looking for out the trip. Very happy. I enjoyed knowing the several aspects of my trip still meant only one source for me. Knowing if I had a doubt or question about something, Rosie was right there with the answers. Hotel, flights, rentals, insurance. You mean I didn’t have to do the bargain hunting myself, or the booking? Yes please.

The best vacation ever!
Extremely happy with our recent Dietrich Getaways vacation in October. Rosie was phenomenal to work with from the initial stages of planning for a family of five to working out the finer details to make the perfect getaway after covid. Her attention to detail was much appreciated especially with travel rules and insurance as it pertains to post covid travel. You can read online forums but her advice was the most accurate when it came to wait times, travel requirements and restrictions, baggage issues and even aeroplan. While there, she checked in to ensure that we were doing well. It was the best decision to have Rosie plan our family vacation to Barbados. Nowadays, travel is a lot more complicated so we made the best decision with having her take care of all the details so that it could be as stress free as possible. We look forward to having her plan our future vacations! Thanks Rosie for making this a wonderful trip where a lot of memories were made!

A perfect trip from booking to returning home!
Rosie was extremely responsive, service-oriented and anticipatory to ensure all our needs were met. She proactively sent us communication to prepare us for the trip with all our e-docs required. Just prior to our trip, she wished us well and prepared a welcome amenity at the hotel for our guests of honour. Amazing Group Getaway

Italy & Greece Honeymoon
Rosie was awesome to work with! As a couple fully engaged in the stress of wedding planning, it was comforting to have her book our hotels and activities based on our preferences and staying within our budget. The trip turned out amazing! We went to Italy (Rome, Sorrento) and Greece (Santorini, Athens) for 2 weeks and stayed at 4 incredible hotels. The tours she booked were great and every aspect of the itinerary was laid out for us clear as day. Awesome Family Trip!
Rosie was amazing in helping us plan our family trip to Universal Studios! From the moment I spoke to Rosie and told her what kind if trip we were thinking, she went right to work! She told us about a promotion that Universal Stuidos had along with a new Universal resort that was just about to open and she managed to find the prices in Canadian dollars which was a bonus. She also found us a great price for our flight! Just before we left for our trip, Rosie went out of her way to compile a tricks and tips sheet for Universal Stuidos for us as she was there just weeks prior. She didn't have to do that, but it was such a big help and something we referred to during our trip! Rosie was very organzied, detailed and helpful throughout the whole experience. We will definitely be using Rosie's services for our next vacation and would highly recommend her. Thanks Rosie!

Amazing job
Rosie did an amazing job of organizing a lot of details for our trip coordinating places and 6 people. Wouldn't travel without her!
Rosie was REALLY helpful to book travel during these pandemic times. She carefully researched our insurance and helped us. In the end, we had to cancel, and again she did all the heavy lifting and was with us every step of the way. I would not travel during COVID without a professional agent - we would have wasted thousands, I think. In the booking part of the trip, again she was really helpful contacting the resort directly and getting us the villa we wanted. Would not travel without her in the pandemic, she went the extra mile!

I'm excited to experience our family ancestry.
Dietrich Getaways provided an awesome experience planning my dream vacation for 2019 to Ireland. Friends were glad to see that Rosie included Northern Ireland on the tour. A detailed plan of the flight, the land tour, daily experience and food were provided so I could see what is on the agenda every day. Rosie asked questions and listened and, as a result, included extra days in Dublin and Belfast so I can visit the family plot as well as other attractions that I personally want to see. Rosie was patient and thorough in her suggestions as I listed off several dream vacations that were on my bucket list. She listened to what I thought were my needs until we arrived at Ireland.

Rosie organized a trip for us to The Best of France. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for and give us exactly that. Rosie even suggested special insurance in case we're in Lockdown or the countries we're going won’t allow us to visit. Amazing Service

Best trip that never happened
Rosie put together all the pieces of our trip that would have been very tricky to do ourselves. Her travel experience helped us avoid poor choices of location, she arranged all the transfers from place to place and gave us lots of extra advice. We were very impressed with her vast knowledge and savvy advice. <br/>And then Covid hit and she stepped up and did all the work of cancelling and applying for refunds even though she had nothing to gain. Although we were sad to miss our trip we were so relieved to have Rosie navigate the cancellation process for us. Choosing her was the best move we’ve ever made and she’ll be the first person we call when we can travel again.

I hace used Rosie as our Travel Agent 4 times.
We went to St John’s, Newfoundland for business but, we wanted to take advantage of being there to do tours in the area. Rosie took care of flights, car rental, hotels and tours. It wa an unbelievable trip. We were able to see the beauty that Canada has to offer. It was outstanding. We enjoyed the full experience.
