Vanessa Wenzel Saves the Day

We were on an NCL Sun cruise that was diverted due to Hurricane Dorian. While we had little communication from NCL about itinerary and final destination changes, Vanessa was there for us every step of the way. When we ultimately found out we would be docking in New Orleans instead of Port Canaveral, Vanessa took charge and let us completly enjoy the rest of our vacation while we watched other guests scramble to do the same. Vanessa truly saved the day for us. She was absolutley our vacation hero. I might just have to bring a stack of her business cards on the next trip out.

We had a blast!!

Vanessa was a pleasure to work with. She responded immediately and was well very thorough with detailed information. We had a issue with the booking of the hotel and Vanessa was right on top of it. She was able to rectify the error caused by the hotel and even had us compensated for the error. I highly recommend working with her!!

Upgrade, Bottle of Wine and An Amazing Time

My husband I had decided to do a visit to Amsterdam for visit and also a little fun. It was the first time in years that we used a travel agency. We worked with Vanessa and she took care of all the details, which was very nice. She offered us a series of options in great areas of Amsterdam. When we selected a hotel, it was in a great area and within walking distance to everything. In addition, she helped us get a room upgrade, and we even got a bottle of wine in the process. We will be working with Vanessa and Designed 2 Travel again because it felt great to have someone who was a live person looking out for our interests, as opposed to doing everything online with the impersonal bots and customer service.

Designed 2 Travel Saved The Day!

There isn’t enough I can say about Designed 2 Travel. Our cruise was supposed to disembark in Port Canaveral for its final destination, but instead had to be detoured last minute to New Orleans because of hurricane Dorian. Vanessa was extremely quick on her feet and was able to book me (and everyone I was traveling with) in beautiful Hotel Monteleone in the French Quarter, and reserved us all flights for the following day. She did this in under an hour. It was such a relief knowing we had Designed 2 Travel on the case, they made us feel like no matter what, we could enjoy our vacation every step of the way. Thank you!
