Being raised an Air Force dependent and marrying a Marine, I have traveled the world. At the age of three I made my first international trip to Madrid, Spain. From then on the love of travel was in my blood!

After many years of focusing on my family, I decided in 1999 to begin a career in the travel industry. Upon completion of my coursework in Travel and Tourism I interned with and subsequently was employed by American Express Travel, where I spent the next 11 years. After much encouragement from my clients, friends and family, I started my own agency in 2010.

For the past 20 years I've attend seminars, participated in familiarization trips and completed numerous certification courses. In addition, I have traveled extensively on personal trips in order to attain firsthand knowledge to increase my clients total vacation experience.

In the past few years my travels include S. America, Antarctica, Cuba, Germany, Austria, Prague, Spain & Portugal, Romania, Budapest, Dominican Republic, Belize, Italy and the South Pacific.

Best Travel Agent Ever!

Vicki is just the best. She is patient, answers all of your questions (no matter how ridiculous) and really cares about your trip. She has a knack for narrowing down a general 'I want to go to xyz' to exactly the trip you want to take. She really cares and wants you to have the best time possible.

Best 50th Birthday Celebration a girl could have!!

I cannot say enough about how helpful Vicki was throughout the entire planning process of my 50th Birthday Celebration at the Hard Rock Resort in the Dominican Republic. It is especially stressful trying to coordinate flight and hotel accommodations for over 17 guests to include children, but Vicki took all of the stress out of that process for us. Everything went so smoothly and my 50th Birthday Celebration week turned out to be the best trip we have taken. This is my second time using Briggs World Travel and each experience with Vicki was great. She's professional and very knowledgeable. We're looking forward to booking our next trip through Briggs World Travel this winter.

Great trips!

Always plans the perfect trip. I have used on several trips and Vicki has always taken care of us. She has planned several of our family group trips and always delivers great service, wonderful hotels and memorable trips.

Our outstanding Alaskan adventure

Dream Destination Wedding Trip!

Vicki was a joy to work with and made our planning experience as easy as possible. Based on a referral, we contacted Vicki to help us plan our destination wedding. We knew we wanted a luxurious all-inclusive resort, and she was helpful in providing information and recommendation on the best options based on our desired preferences. <br/><br/>She was always very responsive and went above and beyond to provide top-notch service to both us and our guests. We had a group of our 50 people that she managed and booked for our trip. Everyone only had positive things to say about their experience working with Vicki. <br/><br/>This was our first time working with a travel agent, and we will absolutely use Vicki for any future travel needs. Your vacation is in good hands with her!

Vicki is awesome to work with! She takes a small amount of information and turns it into exactly what you want. I know where I want to go but never any details and I get the best trips ever.
