The best trip of my life was my river cruise.
I asked a friend of mine if she knew of anyone who was going on a cruise. That inquiry changed my travel experiences forever. She referred me to Nana Essandoh. I booked my first vacation with her in June 2008 and she has planned every vacation for me since. She has planned luxury cruises, resort vacations, river cruises, and destination vacations. <br/><br/>Nana is the most caring and knowledgeable travel agent. Since my first cruise, I truly feel taken care of. She plans every detail. She made suggestions as to what activities to do, what to buy, what to eat, what to see, what to wear, and what precautions to take. Best trip ever!
On our trip to Hawaii, Nana called ahead and requested that the restaurant do a Birthday diner for my Mother and I. It was a complete surprise to us. Nana pays attention to the details making our travel experience with her 5star.

Caribbean vacations
Nana Essandoh has become our family’s sole travel agent. We slelected her because her service is superior and we have full confidence in her delivery. One needs just to give her the parameters of one’s travel desires. She comes back with high quality comparative data and information to enable one to weigh the options. Then, she takes the time to discuss the information and helps one to reach a comfortable decision. She goes over details: various airline carriers, departing and arriving flight times, seating peferences, travel insurance companies and their coverage offerings, lounges, reliable local transportation to hotel/resort, security and safety situations at destination, etc. She often has first hand knowledge of one’s destination. She is a diligent agent. We have used her services for travel to Europe, Africa and the Caribbean. Working with her to arrange one’s travel is a delight.

Wonderful Riverboat trip through Central Europe
Complete service from start to finish and lots of contact in-between. Nana stays abreast of all those little changes that can occur between planning a trip and the actual trip departure. And we had the good fortune to travel with her too!

Wonderful Portugal/Spain Trip - Azamara Cruise
We used Nana to coordinate much of our recent vacation in Portugal and Spain. She simply handled everything from bookings, billings, transportation, restaurants, excursions, etc. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge made her a pleasure to work with and gave us the confidence that everything was in order -allowing us to focus our time and energy on our vacation. Nana was also highly accessible throughout our experience and could always be reached. We will certainly utilize her service again and highly recommend her to our friends.

The Great Downunder
Nana has booked many of our vacations and trips over that last 15 years or so. We are very predictable clients and Nana has gotten to know what we like do, where we want to go and how we want to travel. On a number of occasions, Nana has done research to find the additional hotels, and amenities that make our trips so memorable. She has often made sure there were additional special somethings for our children and grandchildren which they treasure.

Nana made it special!
Nana is a consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable in her craft. It seems she's been EVERYWHERE and is able to give great tour and stay advice practically anywhere you want to go! She is my go-to for world travel and I've referred her multiple times. My anniversary trip to DR was extra special because Nana was able to negotiate a number of perks with the 5-star hotel we stayed in to include dinner on the beach, champagne and other edibles upon arrival, spa services, and a wonderfully situated room within our budget ALL BEFORE WE GOT THERE! We didn't have to ask for anything because she arranged it all for minimum to no cost! You will not be disappointed.

Amazing 20th anniversary to Italy
Nana planned our 20th anniversary trip to Venice and Rome Italy . Every day was a new adventure and she took care of all of the airport/train transfers, hotel stays and cultural tours. Our first and best European trip. We can’t wait to go back!

Excellent. Nana is very knowledgeable and very helpful. She answered my questions to my satisfaction. If she did not have an answer immediately, she looks for an answer and get back to me. The best travel agent I’ve worked with!
A true professional every step of the way. Due to illness, I unfortunately had to cancel my trip. However, Nana helped me every step of the way receive monies due me from the insurance claim. She kept me informed in a timely manner.
