Most of our correspondence was by email. Ivy is dedicated to pleasing the traveler. She has up to date airfares at the ready, so she returns your inquiries quickly. She suggested I email her when I needed Vietnam hotels, due to possible computer corruption and fraud. She returned with two hotels booked - protecting my credit card information. Ivy has traveled much of Asia and was a resident in Bangkok for one year. I asked her the non tourist places to visit. Fun. I splurged and traveled business class with one of her suggestions ANA: their service and food was excellent. I have Ivy looking for Jan-March 2019 back to Bangkok/KKC. This was our second trip booked with Ivy. The first was to Greece and Turkey, and just recently a 17-day vacation to Japan. Ivy being very knowledgeable with different Asian destinations, every single detail was well thought-out . We started with a general outline of the time we would alot to each city, and then she helped plan a detailed itinerary in each city. She recommended hotels, activities, guides, sites, restaurants and preferred modes of transportation. And all of this is done according to your budget and trip preferences. A well-planned trip can maximize the good experiences and avoid any bad surprises. In our case, everything went perfectly. We visited Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Kobe and Osaka, all within just over 2 weekes. We will no longer book a discovery trip without Ivy.
