We had a wonderful honeymoon experience
My wife and I booked our honeymoon with Lori, we had to postpone our honeymoon due to a death in the family. Lori was very kind and patient during the process, we didn't have insurance on our trip but she managed to get us a full refund and didn't charge us for the booking! We later rebooked our trip with her and the same resort we had previously booked.<br/>We are very grateful! <br/>Also, during the early planning stages, Lori worked tirelessly to find our perfect fit. After our trip we can say we are very satisfied with the entire booking!<br/>Thank you Lori!

A Trip to Remember
I can't say enough about how professional and dedicated Lori was in making sure our trip to Punta Cana was a success. Initially Lori helped us confirm a pre-pandemic Delta Vacation voucher was still good and could be used. Next she provided us with a detailed quote for the flights, hotel accommodations, travel insurance and transportation to and from the resort. Everything was laid out as we had requested.<br/><br/>Lori made sure we were aware of the deposit required and when the remaining balance needed to be paid. She sent out reminders when our flight schedule changed and that we needed to complete required travel documents to enter and leave the Dominican Republic prior to our departure.<br/><br/>Before our trip Lori sent out a message for us to "have a great time". When we returned, she sent a "welcome back" message. It was reassuring to know during this entire period we had someone watching out for us to insure we had A Trip to Remember. <br/><br/>We'll be

Amazing trip - tailored to us!
Lori chose a honeymoon experience for my husband and I based on a few criterion we gave her (budget, weather, etc). She could not have found a more perfect destination for us! She got us an all inclusive resort which had plenty of excursions available for purchase off-campus. The whole process felt very personalized to us and worked out perfectly!! Will definitely book with Lori again!

Amazing Trip!
Our trip to Italy was amazing. It started with contacting our travel agent Lori Heathcote.She was great through the whole process from booking until departure. She answered many questions we had and was right on top of everything leading up to the trip. We did a Viking 7 day cruise and two day pre trip in Rome and enjoyed it very much. We have used Lori as our travel agent in the past and will continue to use her in the future!

Portugal exceeded out expectations
Wonderful adventure to a beautiful country! Portugal was lovely and brimming with history, culture and good food! We especially enjoyed the panoramic view of Madiera. Hope to go back someday!

A thoughtful and caring travel agent
I have used Lori for both group travel and personal travel. She has always been on top of every detail and always accessible. If she will be out of the office, she always lets you know and also provides the contact information for her colleagues. She offers great suggestions, isn’t pushy but a straight shooter. Honeymoon in the Bahamas
Our honeymoon was amazing thanks to Lori's help in planning. My husband and I do not fly and have never looked into booking all inclusive resorts, so we needed a lot of support. Lori was so kind and helpful, even as we changed our minds over and over again! In the end, we decided to stay at Sandals Royal Bahamian in Nassau and it was beautiful. It was the perfect honeymoon destination!

The easiest vacation!
My sister and I were traveling to the Dominican Republic for a work trip, and wanted to add a vacation to the front half. We had no idea where to start, especially with the international travel piece. Lori researched resorts in our budget, made all the reservations for lodging and transfers, and sent over the most helpful pre-travel communications. Working with her made our trip so easy! Would highly recommend!

Family Vacation

Beautiful Tulip Time Trip
AMA Waterways is the best river cruise line. Lori made the trip so relaxing by ensuring every detail was covered (before and during the trip). She also was so helpful suggesting and arranging other excursions when we had free time, e.g. a canal cruise in Amsterdam. The trip was extra special because Lori and Dan could join us on the cruise. I look forward to learning of other adventures that Lori plans.

Exceptional group leader!
I worked with Lori on group travel years ago when I lived in Pennsylvania. Her attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills led me to reach out to her to help plan a group trip - even though I am now living in North Carolina. In today's world, distance does not matter. Her calm demeanor, quick response to needs, ability to multi-task and create positive solutions to seemingly impossible issues is amazing.
