Best Trip of the Year!
I've worked with Shannon for over a decade. She's booked many vacations, from cold weather ski trips to sunny tropical vacations. The most recent trip (Feb 2020) to Jamaica was our 4th time, 3rd different resort. All was wonderful, Shannon ensures all details are addressed from meet and greet service, transportation to and from the resort, airlines, the works! I would urge anyone to use her services. She has knowledge about all of the resorts we have been to. We have never been even slightly disappointed.

Cheers and Beers to 60 Years!
Shannon was on top of everything. She's planned a trip for me in the past and I knew I could count on her again! She kept us updated every step of the way for our cruise. Shannon Throne is a definite must for travel planning!

COVID - Disney Fantasy cruise
Shannon was a wonder and a blessing! Our cruise trip was original planned /booked in early 2020 before COVID. She would check in with us periodically and once Disney travel restrictions were revised, Shannon immediately let us know what was available and requirements that was needed for us to have a safe cruise trip. Shannon was attentive to all our COVID questions for our cruise and what we would expect once we arrived at the cruise terminal. She help greatly in making this COVID trip less stressful for us.<br/>Our November 2021 - 7 days to Virgin Island and Castaway Cay cruise was wonderful - Shannon had prepared us well in what to expect and with her guidance we had no issues in boarding the Disney Fantasy. Social distancing was practice and CDC guidelines were followed by all Disney crew on board. Even with all the changes on the cruise ship - our trip was overall very relaxing and much need vacation time. I did miss dining with other passengers because of the social distance.

Vacation made easy!
Shannon makes vacation planning so easy! She helped us to navigate all of the details and walks us through the how, when, and what of it all. She is a Disney pro and I wouldn't even think of booking a trip there without her help!

Trip of a lifetime
We went on a tour of Ireland (our first trip abroad) and made our own plans before and after the tour. Thanks to Shannon the hotel stays before and after the tour were seamlessly linked, we had a king room at every stop (some other people had twins!) and all our questions were answered before we left home (and we had a lot of questions and there were questions we didn’t even know we had! She answered them all)

British Isles - 2025.
Shannon made the entire process from start to finish seem seamless. She was always available to us when we called and responded quickly to our questions - which were many. She is a delight and we're very thankful to have had her as our agent. She helped with travel arrangements, ticketing, lodging and any other questions along the way. Shannon is definitely 5 star.

Shannon was very thorough with designing our itinerary as discussed, our trip was fantastic. Everything was as communicated, really liked doing the 2 islands, Oahu and Maui and in that order. All hyped up starting vacation, so Oahu being the first stop was great, and then heading to Maui to relax on backend of vacation.

Great Trip with friends

Amazing trip!
Shannon was excellent from the very beginning to the very end of the process of planning our trip during the pandemic. She kept us up to date with all the changes in details along the way. We had no travel issues at all. Shannon ROCKS!

Hawaiian Holiday

Enchanting Rhine on AMA Waterways

Our favorite trip so far...
Our experience's with Shannon Throne have been exceptional. Shannon is a pleasure to work with and always keeps us up to date on any changes, upgrades she has secured, as well as answering all of our inquiries in a timely manor. The best
Shannon is everything we want in a travel consultant. She provides quick service and responds immediately to questions. She has planned our vacations and trips for the last 10 years. We have never been disappointed..we are always amazed at the things she comes up with.<br/><br/>My children go to school in Colorado and they are always going back and forth. Shannon books all their travel and spring break trips. I have traveled all over the world with Shannon's help..Africa, Indonesia, Middle East, Europe and within the US.<br/><br/>Shannon has helped us get refunds when we cancel trips and reimbursement when trips do not go as planned. Another Fantastic Trip planned by Shannon Throne!

1st trip to Disney World with the grandkids!

Awesome travel agent Shannon Throne!
Shannon is awesome! She is very responsive during the planning and preparation phase of vacation planning. She offers excellent suggestions for places to visit and things to do. In addition, after booking, she watches rates and reservations and has on occasion provided us with even better deals than when we originally book. My family and I have been working with Shannon now for many years and will continue to so because of her excellent customer service!
