I met with Gene to plan a 25th Anniversary trip with my Wife to Costa Rica without any knowledge what so ever of the Country and destinations. We knew we just wanted to see Costa Rica. <br/>After an initial consult with Gene to determine our needs, he presented 3 different resort options all with different pros & cons. We met again and reviewed each resort together before landing on Dreams Las Mereas. <br/>Turned out to be best trip ever !!! We were staring down what felt like a nightmare. The resort we had booked suddenly had reviews mentioning E. coli and salmonella. My wife was in tears, completely panicked, and we were only four days away from leaving. It felt like there was nothing we could do. And then you came through like a total rockstar, just like you always do.
You worked your magic on Thanksgiving weekend and somehow managed to turn a stressful, panic-filled situation into total relief. I don’t know how you did it, but you made sure we were safe, comfortable, and taken care of. You did it all while giving up your holiday time, which shows an incredible level of dedication and care.
I’ve used you for years and I’ll say it again: I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. We have never, and will never, use another travel agent. You’ve earned our trust over and over again, and I honestly can’t say enough about how much you helped us.

Best of Germany
Twelve day tour of Germany starting in Frankfurt stopping in different parts of the country; Berlin, Dresden, Nuremberg, Munich, Black Forest, Cologne and other towns along the way. Although I had an simple all inclusive trip to Cuba, I ended up making it a bit more complicated by booking the flight, hotel and transfers separately because it actually worked out cheaper. My friend and I were planning a trip to Madeira, a small island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean that is part of Portugal. The way to get there seemed very complicated to us trying to figure our best connecting flights, with little lay over, and best airlines that were also economical. Gene made this transition very smooth, and helped us through the whole process. It was a great comfort to us knowing that Gene was on standby should something go wrong. Great Way To Experience Cuba!
Gene made planning our first time visit to Cuba seamless! His knowledge of Cuba, the Cruise line (Celestyal), and the "Authentic Cuban Experience" we had on board was exceptional. Gene was able to secure timely and reasonable flight prices and arranged for us to stay in a hotel the night before the ship sailed that was close to both the airport and the cruise terminal .
