She helped us plan details for our destination wedding and although the resort sold out which made us cancel the destination wedding, she helped us keep our hotel stay as our honeymoon. Ms.Dianne communicated with me in a timely fashion and answered my many family questions. She knows so much and if she didn't know she would find out quickly. We had no issues on our reservation once we arrived and we had a wonderful stay at our resort.
