Hello Dianne. <br/>Happy Happy new year to you and your family. May 2023 bring peace great health and prosperity. <br/>I wanted to thank you for taking care of us on the cruise, it was perfect, my son had a fantastic time and so did I. <br/>He's now planning ahead for 2024, Royal Caribbean Trans Atlantic 14 days. Lol. <br/>I would love to go back to St. Kitts for about 2 weeks. I'll be in touch with you about that. I fell in love with St. Kitts. I absolutely have to go back. Thank you again. Cheers 🍻!!

Miami Getaway
She did great planning our flight & hotel stay even with our requests changing! We changed the hotel & she did that with no issue. Our flight got cancelled & we were rescheduled the same day with an ever better itinerary. Thanks so much!

BEAUTIFUL TRIP
Miss Dianne was very knowledgeable and helped us plan the greatest trip. Cancun was great the resort was beautiful she really picked a beautiful location. We did have a delay with our flight but not her fault all on the airlines. I will be calling her soon for another trip.!!

BEST Honeymoon EVER
Ms.Dianne is a god sent. She helped us plan details for our destination wedding and although the resort sold out which made us cancel the destination wedding, she helped us keep our hotel stay as our honeymoon. Ms.Dianne communicated with me in a timely fashion and answered my many family questions. She knows so much and if she didn't know she would find out quickly. We had no issues on our reservation once we arrived and we had a wonderful stay at our resort.

Amazing Trip from Amazing Agent!
This was my first time taking a cruise and working with a travel agent! Ms. Dianne was AMAZING! From the largest details to the smallest! I could not imagine having this experience with any one other agent!

Very Professional

She made our trip GREAT!
Miss Dianne planned our trip from start to finish ,she really loves what she does and knows her sruff.
She really made sure everything was covered from Air,Hotel and our transportation.
Punta Cana was great thanks to this lady.

30th birthday trip
Very knowledgeable and responded within a timely manner EVERY TIME! The trip was everything she said it would be. Everything that we requested with the trip came with it. There were no hiccups nor issues with transportation to and from the resort, transportation, and the resort. I will definitely recommend her services to anyone!

Was a pleasure working with her and she got everything right, down to the minor details.
From the moment I spoke with Dianne over the phone about my plans for vacation, she made me feel as if I were part of her own family. She went through the process step by step with us, answered every question in great detail. She never rushed us or made us feel pressured. My wife even received a birthday card from her! Dianne has gone well above and beyond the call of duty to make this vacation happen for us at a price we were more than comfortable with. We will definitely be back for our next trip. Awesome job
I really was hesitant to use an agent I could not meet
with in person,but Ms.Dianne assured me that she and
I could conduct the same business as going into a store
front and she was right. I told all I was looking for &
within a couple of day she got me quotes along with a long possible
to do list for Aruba.
My fiance and I had a GREAT time ,the hotel was perfect,we
Jet skied, had the most relaxing couples message as well as
a few aother ctivities. This lady really set us up well. I WILL BE
CALLING HER FOR MY HONEYMOON.
She is really good & easy to work with!

THANK YOU Miss .Dianne . She really made taking our 1st trip GREAT , I really dis not know where to even start. My friend recommend her and I must say I'm truly happy I made that call. This last took care of EVERYTHING from getting there , hotel, transportation, our tours which by the way were so nice. I've always dreamed of going to Athens, Greece and she made this dream come true. The hop on hop off tour as perfect and The Acropolis Museum just great. It was the best 10 days and again THANK U FOR ALL YOUR HELP & HARD WORK MISS. DIANNE

BEST DESTINATION WEDDING EVER!
Dianne Lawson was absolutely amazing!!! From beginning to end she remained helpful and readily available. We will definitely keep Dianne in mind for future trips. In other words, we are luck to have her as our travel agent and friend.<br/>I couldn't imagine arranging this trip all alone. Dianne took a lot of stress off of me especially planning a destination wedding. We had 57 guest attend Cancun for our wedding. All of them were directed to Dianne for hotel and transportation.<br/>My guest were very pleased with Dianne service. Some of them plan to use her for future planning. <br/>We love Dianne and appreciate everything she did to make our day a huge success.<br/>

Amazing Trip!
Working with Dianne was by far the best experience ever! Her detail to what we were looking for when booking was very knowledgeable! Dianne was always available to answer any and all questions. Her customer service was/is impeccable!! The transportation to and from the Airport once in Jamaica ???? was prompt, friendly and very helpful! The service we obtained at the resort and during the excursion are ones that we will remember for a lifetime! I would definitely recommend anyone to Dianne for her amazing services! What are you waiting for if you are reading this you should be booking now. I promise you won't be disappointed. ????????

Highly recommended! Superb experience
It was a true pleasure to have Dianne as my travel agent. When you're planning a trip out of the country you want to make sure everything is including because of the hassle of being a tourist in another country. Dianne was able to find an all inclusive vacation package to Punta Cana within my budget. I appreciate her knowledge, patience, and committment to making sure my vacation was excellent. I had the best time in Punta Cana and have found the travel agent that my family will be using for all our future vacations..Thanks Dianne
