Excellent customer service. Our cruise was canceled due to the Covid 19, Jeannie handled everything to confirm we received our full FCC. She even offered to speak with my husband so he would be so nervous about taking a future cruise. The Rhine Viking River Cruise
<br/>Our experiences have all been great, she was thorough in her travel arrangements and did her best to obtain accommodations that suited our needs. On one of our Viking River cruises, on the Rhine river from Switzerland to Amsterdam, I told Jeannie that we did not want to go north up the Rhine, we would prefer to go down the Rhine. She said: No, you do not want to go that way, the Rhine originates in Switzerland and flows down to Amsterdam, where it empties into the North Sea. You don't want to be going against the current, the engines would need to operate at higher RPM and their would be more noise.

I was on an around the world voyage doing a Semester at Sea when the covid-19 virus hit. Jeannie had made my original flight home reservation from Amsterdam, and then had to deal with several changes as dates and locations changed. The voyage was cancelled in South Africa and within 5 days there were three changes to make. I had VERY limited internet access so I depended on Jeannie and she was there at every turn of events. And, she handled all the refunds and other issues as well. It was a stressful time and I was thankful to be able to count on Jeannie. She's the best!

Jeannie was recommended to me by a friend who has used her for several trips in the past. We were scheduled to go on a Viking Long boat cruise in April, which was cancelled due to the Covid-19. Jeannie is handling everything for us regarding credits from the cancelled trip, including the airline credit to go towards a future trip. Jeannie set up our trip to the Netherlands and handle everything expertly and very professionally. She gave us tips on side trips, how and what to pack and walked us through many questions we had due to not traveling for several years. Very friendly and helpful. When our cruise got canceled in 2020 she made sure we got our money back in a timely manner while 2 other couples ventured out on their own took over 2 months to get their refund. A relative decided to go with another travel agent on a Hawaiian cruise this year I decided to check with Jeannie and she gave me a much deal sabing about $400 a person. Most recently trying to book a Mediterranean ctuise in 2024 I pick a month and she that wasn't a good time to go because of the heat and crowd so I switch another month.

I would be baffled by all of the intricacies of travel planning. With Jeannie, you are never just an account number! <br/>I e-mail Jeannie with either my chosen destination or sometimes my time period available and she lets me know what my choices are. <br/>Because she knows my preferences, she guides me to the best deal for me. <br/>One time I needed a quick get-away - like the next week - and she found a ship with the type of stateroom I like and the whole process was done in a couple of days.
