From booking the room, to making dinner reservations, to checking us in on our flight, to emailing Disney on my behalf when I had questions, Heidi was on point! She even helped me when our flight was canceled and we had to re book. She was out of town in New York City, but still took the time ,to email the airline. That is service! Unlike many travel agents who are all business, Heidi is one world traveler. With this first hand knowledge she has, she can and did point us in the directions she knew first hand as well as others she had researched thoroughly. We very much enjoyed all of our vacations (and we have booked with her so many times, that I have lost track) and especially appreciate that she stays up super late or gets up super early to make absolute sure we arrive at our destination without any problems. If we do have a problem (once we could not find the person who was to pick us up), have no fear as Heidi is there to solve the problem immediately. It feel like she actually comes along on the trip, always keeping an eye out for any possible bumps on the way she can smooth out or any new ideas that may pop up. High recommended!

We gave her a budget and a location and she had so many great options. She has traveled to many of the resorts so she has her own personal advice on things as well.
