A trip to Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii, promises a magical and enchanting vacation experience that seamlessly blends the renowned Disney magic with the breathtaking beauty of the Hawaiian islands.

Upon arrival at Aulani, we were greeted with Aloha's warm and inviting spirit. The resort is located on the southwestern coast of Oahu in the Ko Olina area, offering stunning ocean views and access to pristine beaches. The traditional Hawaiian architecture and lush landscaping create a serene and tropical atmosphere.

Aulani offers a variety of accommodations, ranging from spacious hotel rooms to one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas. Our room provided breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and was designed with a touch of Disney magic, featuring subtle nods to beloved characters and stories.

One of the highlights of Aulani was its expansive water recreation area. The Waikolohe Valley features a lazy river, water slides, and a massive central pool. Keiki Cove has water jets and a play structure for younger guests. The Rainbow Reef, a private snorkeling lagoon, allows guests to explore vibrant marine life in a controlled environment.

Aunty's Beach House is Aulani's supervised kids' club, offering a plethora of activities for children. Kids can engage in arts and crafts, storytelling, and interactive games while parents enjoy some relaxation or explore other areas of the resort.

True to Disney tradition, Aulani offers character meet-and-greets with beloved Disney characters, often dressed in Hawaiian attire. These encounters provide fantastic photo opportunities and create lasting memories for guests of all ages.

We celebrated Hawaii's history and traditions in the resort's signature luau, Ka Wa‘a. The luau features live music, hula dancing, and a delicious feast with traditional Hawaiian cuisine.

You have to try the Laniwai Spa, which offers a range of treatments inspired by Hawaiian healing traditions. The spa also features the Painted Sky teen spa, which provides a rejuvenating experience for younger guests.

Aulani boasts a variety of dining options, from casual poolside fare to fine dining experiences. Many restaurants incorporate local Hawaiian flavors and ingredients, creating a culinary journey for you.
