First cruise!!!

Excellent Experience
Marcus did an incredible job organizing the church cruise! Everything was smooth, well-planned, and truly enjoyable from start to finish. Spring Break Cruise 2026
Mt3 Travel ensured I had a smooth, affordable and hassle free Royal Caribbean Cruise. It was my first time cruising and they shared with me various affordable options. Then worked on getting me to the cruise port in the most comfortable and affordable ways possible. From the Amtrak train to the Huston bus to a hotel near by, all arrangements made with my preferences in mind and with a less financial strain on the pocket. All through the process of my entire trip from planning to a successful day communication with MT3 Travel was flawless and efficient, asking questions and getting responses within minutes of them being sent through texts, emails or phone calls. It was the best experience I had with an agency like MT3 travel and would definitely use them again for my future vacations.

Our Honeymoon
Marcus took all of the stress out of planning our honeymoon which is exactly what I was looking and hoping for in a travel agent. In the beginning, we had no idea what we wanted, and Marcus was so patient with us going back and forth with a ton of options until we landed on what we wanted. During our trip, Marcus himself was on vacation and he still did not hesitate to help us through a few small questions that we ran into. You are in amazing hands with Marcus, he is the absolute best!

Excellent cruise experience
Mr. Marcus Thomas was an outstanding cruising agent. He insured that we were probably informed and prepared prior to traveling. I felt very comfortable and confident with the on boarding and check-in procedures. We did not have any problems/hold ups because Mr. Marcus had properly prepared us. His attention to detail was impeccable and his response time to questions was second to none. We had a great experience and definitely recommend him for your future travel needs.

Our Amazing Secrets Honeymoon
Our experience with Marcus started with a simple online search. I wanted to see if using an agent would hep in our honeymoon planning. Marcus had a specialty in the area we wanted to go so I reached out. Even while on a trip himself, he was quick to get back to me and start giving me ideas for properties that would fit our needs. Once we settled on Secrets Cancun he handled everything. Flights, accommodations, transportation, insurance, everything! He would let us know about any changes as they happened, gave us tips on making the most of our time at the resort, and made sure we were good to go with traveling outside the US. Once we made it to Mexico, he even assisted us in extending our stay an extra day. He was able to give us peace of mind while traveling which is something no-one should take for granted! I plan to reach out again when me and the wife decide to get back out on our next adventure!

Carnival Panama Canal Trip
We were recommended Marcus after he help a family member plan a cruise so we used him for our Panama Canal cruise. The cruise was fun, we couldn't dock everywhere due to weather but we enjoyed everything. We have already booked with Marcus again.

Honeymoon
Marcus helped us decide on the right kind of vacation for our honeymoon, described different tier levels of services without pressuring or upselling us, handled all the booking, chased down excursion vendors to make sure we got a refund after our port day was cancelled, and was available day of for our last minute travel needs. He also followed up after to hear about our experience and use that feedback to help other people that book with him. Very pleased.

The travel agent who cares
This travel agent really cares about your experience while traveling on the cruise. Marcus let us know all about the cabins on the cruise ship and helped us pick what was best for us. Honeymoon Cruise
We sailed on a Princess Cruise for our honeymoon, and Marcus planned everything for us. The entire process was simple and stress-free, and the cruise was amazing and relaxing. We loved the Medallion technology and truly enjoyed our first snorkeling experience. The food was excellent—the pizza and upscale hot dogs were great, and the Crown Grill Steakhouse was outstanding. We’re already looking forward to planning our next cruise.

Holiday Magic in Chicago—Thanks to Marcus!

Hawaiian Honeymoon
We had a great experience, we found Marcus’s card in a local restaurant and we reached out. We wanted to plan our honeymoon and with Marcus we got lucky enough to get a whole trip planned to Kaua’i. It was a blast and we had a wonderful experience.

The most important thing that happened was the healthy support and wisdom Marcus poured into us and our marriage with and through this trip. I don’t say that lightly. He guided us to our perfect trip and shaped it all for us simply to bless our marriage. We have been longtime friends with Marcus, but this was unique professional service blended with pastoral care. No one does this—except Marcus.
Everything was planned flawlessly. We had private transfer to the resort because the trip we took 15 years ago had a negative transfer experience. Marcus knew exactly what we needed and got us a Private First Class transport to and from. The gentlemen at the airport raised their eyebrows when they saw what he had for us— and it cost less than an uber ride back home. 100% Truth

An experience like no other
Desperate times call for desperate measures and I was in dire need of a trip! My boyfriend and I had no idea where we should go, as we both travel often but wanted an experience unique and new to the both of us. With Marcus’ help we fixated on Toronto and experienced quiet luxury as well as the excitement of the city. There was no confusion when checking in or boarding our flight. The Best Honeymoon of our Lives

Big Bucket List
Marcus is wonderful, polite, detailed, a good listener, and a pleasure to work with on this adventure.
For years, I have wanted to go to London, Scotland, and most of all Ireland. Marcus took charge and scheduled my trip within days. He took care of everything. I was able to see everything I imagined and much more. We had two Ferry rides that were delightful. I never dreamed of driving the bus under the ship. I had a chance to really socialize with other people on the tour upstairs in a relaxing atmosphere. I met other people just riding the Ferry home or visiting family.
The people in all the countries were so friendly and helpful. I couldn't believe the castles were in the middle of town. Right there before my face. Taking pictures of Shakespeare's home and seeing a mini play. It was absolutely lovely. The food was wonderful and abundant. If you go to Scotland, try Cosmos an evening delight.

The vacation I didn't know I needed.
I never thought about going to the Dominican Republic, but after Marcus and I had a couple of conversations about my ideal vacation he recommended Punta Cana! I'm so glad he did! Marcus helped me find the right AI resort, and he expertly gave quotes every time I suggested different dates. He even suggested the flight times to maximize our time in Punta Cana. He was patient and helpful, as well as enthusiastic and excited. I think he was as thrilled about the trip as I was!

Graduation Cruise
We booked an 8 day cruise for our daugther's graduate and Marcus made the planning so easy. His personal knowledge of cruising was second to none. He not only understood the pros and cons of the cruise ship but for most of our ports he had first hand knowledge as well. We felt comfortable in our planning knowing that Marcus had everything handled. He was available for our questions, even when we thought they might be stupid he was professional in answering them. Would recommend Marcus and MT3 Travels to anyone.

Best mother and daughter vacay!!
We are so thankful we used MT3 Travels for booking our cruise! Marcus was great to work with and his customer service is top notch. He was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The Absolute Best Experience!
I must admit that I was taking a chance when I went thru this company, as I have had a string of bad luck with travel agency’s recently. Mr. Thomas made the process seamless from choosing the destination to booking my flight home. I never got the sense that his biggest objective was to try and sell me something. What impressed me the most was his attention to detail and how he genuinely cared about my trip. I definitely plan on using Mr. Thomas from now on…It’s not even close.

My Business Travel without ANY headache
I have been using Marcus for my corporate travel for about 6 months now. The planning is seamless, and Marcus always checks in with me to make sure my preferences are met —with EACH trip. His tools for booking and setting my preferred travel options makes it painless and fast. I do not book travel for my business anymore. Marcus has taken all of it.

Our First Cruise Was Amazing!
This was me and wife’s first cruise ever and can I say that we had a blast! Marcus recommended that we try a cruise to see if we were cruisers and he hit it on head!
