We have used Joan for several cruises. She does great work. But, the best example is her work on a cruise we ultimately had to cancel. We were planning a Mediterranean cruise; but, then the pandemic hit. She helped us reschedule, and reschedule again. Ultimately, we had to cancel for other reasons.
