A great personal experience!
I have now taken two trips with Debra at the helm. One, in which Debra herself was with us, and the latest with Joe and Cathy Clarke as our guides. On both trips I was personally very well taken care of, and I so appreciate the extra attention. I want it to be noted that this past trip with Joe and Cathy was amazing. Not simply the trip itself, but their involvement with us as a group. They not only took care of business, but rode the bus with us, engaged with us personally, laughed with us, appreciated and spoke highly to us about our kids. We had a ball with them! Please feel free to send them with us on every trip! And please include Marshall the bus driver! <br/>Thanks again Debra! You are so kind and your care for us as clients and individuals is amazing!

Outstanding Trip!
Debra is on top of things all the time. She is very detailed with information and helps us directors get through all the "red tape" and paperwork so we can focus on the students. She is very calm and collected when there is any problem that arises.

Traveling Made Easy!
Our experience with Mrs Debra was incredible. Debra and her staff were on top of their game the entire planning process as well as the trip itself. Our students fell in love with our tour guides Mr and Mrs Clarke and they instantly became part of our band family. We loved every second of time that was spent on our trip and will be using Mrs Debra and her crew for our next trip for sure!

Universal Studios
Debra is always ready to accommodate the needs of our group. When I ask for something that she may not know at the time, she is quick to find out the information and get it to me. The students loved the schedule that she created for their Orlando trip and the dinner show that she found for them. She is the best, and that is why I've chosen her for my agent for the past 10 years!

Wonderful learning opportunity for our students!
"Our spring trip to Disney World and Universal Studios-Orlando was a wonderful experience for our students, parents, and chaperones. We attended the Technology of Disney Parks workshop at Disney Imagination Campus, which offered my technical theatre and design students an opportunity to go backstage Epcot and experience the Disney Magic in a whole new way. The GOAT!
Working with Debra takes the stress out of planning. She takes care of and has thought of everything, leaving you to worry about the students and that's it! This level of trip would not be possible for me with out her. Already planned out a year in advance and constantly kept us updated on events and any changes. Her and her staff were available and communicating the entire time! This was round two with her and we are already working on round three! (And 4!)

The Most Amazing Travel Experience EVER!
I would book Travel Leaders to take me and my students literally anywhere. The professionalism, kindness, and incredible promptness that Debra Smith and her team offers in handling your tour absolutely cannot be beat. In my twenty two years of teaching I have traveled literally around the world with students, and I have never been more impressed with a travel partner than I have been with Travel Leaders for the last two tours for my band. They solve problems almost before I have even alerted them that the problem exists, and do it with humor and extraordinary competence. I highly recommend Travel Leaders if you are looking to take your musical ensemble, or any other group of students on tour. You will not be disappointed!!

Theodore HS Band Trip 2024
The Theodore High School Band had an excellent experience in our trip to Gatlinburg, TN. This was my first overnight trip I organized as a director and Travel Leaders helped make it go smoothly. The customer service was appreciated during the pre-trip process, as many students and parents had questions along the way. Students and parents were able to conveniently pay online, and Travel Leaders was very accommodating by working in our fundraisers through the school. Thank you to Debra, Jeni, and the rest of the team - I will begin planning our next trip now!

Band trip to Orlando
I have worked with Debra several times throughout the years and the experience has been nothing but enjoyable and professional. We have traveled with anywhere between 100 and sometimes over 200 people. She's the best in the business of group travel, and will not hesitate to continue to use her for future trip planning with the marching band.

Travel with 100 teenagers can be a breeze
Deborah Smith and her Travel Leaders team has made planning a cross-country trip much easier. Deborah is incredibly responsive and helpful. The key to the success of any endeavor is preparation and follow-through; Travel Leaders excels at guiding us through the process and decisions while also being flexible and incorporating our ideas into the itinerary. Travel Leaders makes it possible for incredibly busy music teachers to plan for the experience as stress-less as possible.

I had a worry free trip!
Debra Smith provided an awesome trip for us! The best part is that she planned everything to the last detail, put a comprehensive itinerary in my hand and was at our destination ready to handle room ckeck-in. I had a worry free trip!

Best Travel Company
I have worked with Debra Smith for over a decade and she is absolutely fantastic. Every facet of our trips are planned and organized professionally and I never have to worry about anything. Fantastic Trip Top to Bottom!
I would like to thank Travel Leaders for organizing and executing a phenomenal trip for the Fairhope High School Band. From the very beginning planning stages to the final day of the trip, we received top notch service and assistance.
