I have first hand experience in many destination in fact, I have visited 7 European countries, 8 Caribbean Islands, & over 20 Mexico resorts. During each visit I am touring properties, taking excursions, & developing relationships to give you the best experience possible.
I have a TCU (Go Frogs!) undergraduate degree with a Master's degree from Arizona State University in Recreation and Tourism. I believe in continued education and have certifications with Hyatt Inclusive Collection, Disney Travel Company, Virgin Cruise Line, ALGV Pro, & more. I'm also a member of the American Society of Travel Agents & Cruise Line Industry Association.
