Ken is very knowledgable. He helped find us great airfares, helped make our reservations, including seat assignments, and quickly and patiently answered my many questions. The airline he recommended that we fly on for our trip to China is the best airline we have used. A friend recommended Ken as a knowledgeable and helpful agent when we were planning some European cruises for our fiftieth anniversary. We had previously cruised with NCL and like their "style", so we asked Ken if he could help us save air and land-based hotel fares by keeping us afloat. He did, and we enjoyed FIVE back-to-back cruises in the Eatern Mediterranean and the Holy Land. And, he arranged so we never changed cabins between cruises, unlike some fellow cruisers! The itineraries were varied and we had MANY shore excursions to choose from, so there was always something new and interesting for us to see and do. Ken routed us comfortably going and coming and we have made him "our" travel agent for several more trips....

I had a multi location trip where I was stopping in three locations and in one, I was dropping off my son for a field trip so it required separate itineraries and a last minute change of one of the locations. Ken was able to get me flights that did not require early mornings or late evenings, saved me a boat load of money, and gave me tips for getting a great seats during my trip. Highly recommend.

i use ken for booking my travel . i normally do several cities , hotels , flights, trains and hotels on my trips . he is able to coordinate them all together without any mishaps yet . i have used ken's services for many trips . i do book extreme high end trips and i go budget sometimes and ken does both equally well . my favorite quality of his is his itineraries . the hard copy with every pertinent detail on it is extremely helpful . addresses , confirmation numbers , directions of procedures of the country or business you are dealing with . i have it on my phone also but battery or reception is not a concern with the hard copy .
