Great Cruise and we had a great time!
We had booked our cruise, then let Brandy take over... She found our flights... out of Salina KS at a cheaper price.. and everything ran very smooth. I was so glad she had my back because I was so busy getting our business secure enought for us to leave... that all I needed to do was call her and she assured me of the plans. She really took a load off my nerves.. I was so glad we had bought the insurance in case we weren't able to go... Our friends we were traveling with also bought the insurance she recomended - He had three stents put in 4 days before we were to leave, and they needed to stay home. Brandy has been very helpful to them in getting their refunds back. We missed them on the trip, but so glad this needed surgery didn't happen on the ship. With Brandy's help I felt much more at ease and could set back an enjoy the trip. Elena Schmidt

Good cruise

Trip - Traveled By Air
Our trip went very well. Our daughter & her husband planned everything and all was very nice. Brandy set out arrangements for the trip out & back hone by air. Our plane adventures was very smooth - yes, there was a small hick-up coming home - but all went well. Brandy was very helpful in all she did for us.

Cruise!
Brandy was so easy to work with and super helpful. She was really good about providing options for everything, so we still had the opportunity to make it our own. She was also very knowledgeable about all things transportation. I will definitely be using her again in the future!

Incredible family trip!!
Brandy was so easy to work with through every step of our vacation process. She provided guidance on different cruise options and answered every question along the way! She was fully transparent with various costs, provided many different pricing options and made modifications to ensure our trip was a perfect fit for our family. I appreciated how Brandy kept me aware of balances that were due and payment deadlines. There were no financial surprises and communication was continuous, clear, and always timely. Brandy is incredibly organized and dedicated, texting me with flight delays before we even heard from the airline! She also made sure our shuttle transports were on time and waiting for us. This was the most incredible family trip (2 days in Cocoa Beach followed by a Carnival cruise to the Bahamas) and we can’t wait to start planning with Brandy for our next adventure!

Thanksgiving Vacation!
Brandy did a Fabulous job planning our trip for us!! Everything was taken care of and all reservations for every aspect of the trip were taken care of. I felt no stress about the planning of our trip. Everything went perfect! Will use Brandy again when we travel for sure!! Great experience.

Wonderful Organized Trip
We had a wonderful time on our trip. It was organized from air to ground transportation, we didn’t have to set up anything! The documents we needed were in the online trip planner! Highly recommend using Brandy.

Clearwater/Tampa
Airports were very easy to navigate. Not too fond of Allegiant but it’s affordable for quick trips. Hotel was very nice and clean!

Waterfall to City Lights
Brandy understood from the beginning our time line with being farmers. She helped us design a nice trip to Smith Falls in Valentine, NE. We then headed to Norfolk, NE and stayed at an Air BnB at a Horse Ranch. On to Omaha and a nice walk around the Old Market and carriage ride. Or last stop was in Brownville, NE with a dinner cruise and overnight stay. Brandy was able to coordinate the check-ins for us and the payments ahead of time. We received a booklet with all of our information needed for the trip. This had addresses, names, phone numbers if needed. Very well organized. Thanks Brandy

Midwest Beach Babes vacation
When I was in need of a vacation I knew exactly who I needed to call. Serendipity travel was able to make my ideas a reality. Besties Trip to Nashville
I can’t say enough good about what a wonderful trip we had thanks to Brandy at Serendipity travel.From day one we knew we were taking care of, Brandy helped us plan, helped us book and helped us make our dream come true. Train trip
Brandy made sure every little detail of my trip was planned. The itinerary was complete with all the details this very inexperienced traveler needed. Automobile, train and plane travel. Train and plane, I had never done. I navigated it all on my own with Brandy's excellent travel skills.

Xrays and Amens
The trip could not gave gone any smoother! From day one Brandy took in all of our information as far as likes, dislikes, things we really wanted to experience on our trip, and made everything a reality! She was informative the whole way on any flight changes, gate changes, weather problems, etc. It is rated as this old country girl’s Dream Come true!!
She was very informative on all the shows and tours, and how to get the tickets needed ahead of time. I will definitely be using Brandy on any future trips I may go on! She is top notch!

Solo trip for Convention to Dallas!!
Brandi has been a godsend for me! I honestly don't think I could or would want to travel anywhere without her! She is always at my fingertips if I have any questions or concerns. She also goes the extra mile and includes fun things to do or see where your destination is if you are able to partake. she is phenomenal!!

Family Girls Trip
