Extremely knowledgeable and super friendly
We called Atlas Ocean Voyages to inquire about a Mediterranean cruise.<br/>The operator transferred the call to an agent who was going to help us. It<br/>was our lucky day! Julie Parker was available right at that moment. She<br/>made us feel very comfortable from the start. Since she had been on a few<br/>Atlas Cruises, she made it so real and so complimentary of the cruise line.<br/>She is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly and professional. It<br/>took us a few days to decide on the itinerary. The whole booking process<br/>was very easy with very detailed emails about all the rules and what to<br/>expect. Julie also shared her Instagram pictures of previous cruises. She<br/>loves her job and it shows. She is always ready to answer our numerous<br/>questions and to guide us towards good decisions. We want to keep Julie<br/>as our cruise specialist if we decide to cruise again. We always look<br/>forward to talking to her. Thank You!

Wonderful and memorable trip
We just returned from our trip this past Sunday. Just wanted to let you<br/>know that we had such a wonderful time and everything went as<br/>smoothly as possible. All of our flights were on time and the transfers<br/>were well organized and made everything so easy.<br/>The ship was beautiful and offered just enough activities for such a port<br/>intensive itinerary. Thanks so much for helping us putting together such a wonderful and memorable trip with no issues whatsoever. It was a pleasure talking<br/>everything over with you and getting to know you. Your patience and<br/>insights were so appreciated. Julie Parker of Water and Salt Travels was the travel agent that I was<br/>assigned to work with through Avoya Travel in order to arrange my trip.
