1st trip after COVID

1st time Cruisers
The agent was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt with all dealings. We had never booked a cruise before and selecting a room on the boat to finalizing our deposit was painless! It was a pleasure to work with Eric Bell. Agent Eric Bell was knowledgeable about the Atlas Ocean Vogage ship we were inquiring about and was easy to work with and very responsive. We are first time cruisers so the first hand info concerning cabin selection was welcome.

Tour to Canada
Eric was very accomodating in helping me getting a tour set up for 3 of us when there didn't seem to be a way to get a solo traveler set up. He has been available to change names to match passports and to get the down payments added to our trip.

The Great White Continent, finally
Traveling to the 7th continent is an adventure in itself and being flexible is mandatory. Every glitch was handled professionally and promptly by Eric. Travel inbound to Antarctica was moved up and departure was delayed by weather. Eric kept current with our needs and changed itinerary/flights several times, keeping us informed with the most current information.

Totally Customer Oriented

Great trip
Eric has a good communication with us and take care of a lot of questions we have. Especially for the person like me, not actively tracking all the issues related to payments, schedule etc. He is very helpful and always response very quickly for any question. The trip itself is great too. We know arctic well more than before.

Our lovely memorable trip to Greece
Working with Eric was sincerely exceptional, from the start of the trip to the end of the trip. Eric was responsive and answered all and every question I had since this was my first cruise. He also organized the air for me and worked very hard to add my boyfriend with his air and accommodations with upgrading our cabin room. He answered all my questions and helped us with the excursions. Our situation was unique in the fact that our boat was hung in the Persian Gulf for 6 weeks due to “global circumstances “ and even came up with a back up plan for us!
I would definitely recommend Eric as your travel agent, he helped us in so many ways and eased the stress of our vacation plans.

Experience with Eric Bell
Eric went above and beyond to arrange our travel to and from the cruise ship, including setting us up in a gorgeous hotel in HK before embarking. He constantly looks for the best itineraries, insurance plans, cruise lines and on board credits and discounts, etc! Lastly, Eric is always available to answer any questions and concerns.

Relaxing and Best Cruise ever
We are in our 70’s and always looking for the best Cruise out there. For us personally, Virgin Voyages was the best. There was something about the Brilliant ship and crew that made everything possible. Not to mention our travel agent Eric Bell always made sure we were getting the best price and value for our trips. Christmas Cruise
Eric helped with planning our MSC Christmas Cruise with a great deal, he made everything so easy for us taking away all the stress that comes with planning. We had a great relaxing trip.
