Bruce was very helpful and informative. If he did not know the information he was willing to find out what was the correct information. He provided the options that we needed to make decisions about what we wanted to do.
they are VERY accommodating! the agent that was assigned to me, Bruce Young, he's such an amazing agent!! he was helping us find cruises and deals in the perspective we had, and was able to find two cabins right by each other. i can't believe how kind he was, he really acted like a friend. he even held onto the two cabins for a day because we hadn't figured out the payment information yet and that was so kind of him. he didn't have to do that, he could've just given them to other buyers, but he was amazing and thoughtful.
